Great! The price was good and very professionally done. I am completely happy with the work.

I was not home at the time. I received a bill for $100 in parts and $200 in labor. They said i asked for a basket strainer which I did not! These guys will run up your bill and debit your account as they see fit. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

Plumber made a mistake which caused us several hours of maintenance, two hardware trips trying to rectify his error. We all make mistakes --so it's how we handle those that make all the difference. Called back first thing next am but could not come till later in day. We continued to bail water from under new water heater. New water heater sat in water about 24 hours. Called again and do not meet that time frame. When plumber arrived there was no apologie at all, no empathy for our time and inconvenience. He was sullen...helper seemed to be in better spirits and did most all of the conversation. Job done very quickly. Drip pan under heater bent up, blocks under pan not arranged as before which caused a problem with the new carpet we had just cut to fit closet. Often when mistakes are made and rectified in a superior manner a customer turn into a repeat user and a loyal one,too. Also no booties were worn inside, with all this rain and muck, a must! Old water heater and new cardboard was was left at curb. We had to ask that they take the heater. Were recycled the cardboard. $3

It went great. Plumbers were prompt and professional helped do most efficient repair and ended up saving me money and repair did the trick. Part replaced and tub drains perfectly now.

The project estimator was very responsive and punctual within 24 hours of my request. The technicians were courteous and professional, and did a good job with the installation. Some of the grouting applied around the base of the toilets was incomplete and messy, so I called the office the following day (Saturday), and they quickly scheduled another technician to come out the following Monday to correct the issue. That technician was eager to remove and replace the prior grouting with correct color grout and did a great job. Overall, this company is dedicated to keeping their customers satisfied.

The service was excellent. They came after hours patched the problem. Return the next day with all of the parts and fixed it within a couple hours. Great customer service!!

Excellent. Correct diagnosis, replaced the cartridge, and solved the problem.

Poorly. I called Eagerton Plumbing after the toilet was still leaking. A set of bolts was left off and caulk was used to seal around toilet. Eagerton used grout and problem was fixed.

I didn't compare their price to anyone else.

From the initial call when I got the quote, to making the appointment for the next morning David Gray plumbing was spot on. The crew arrived the next morning after calling and telling us they were on the way. They were professional and got right to work, finished the hose bibs and replaced the pipe in the wall. After replacing the new toilet, they cleaned up and wrote a detailed invoice. The total price with Angie's list discount was in line with what I thought and very fair. Overall a great experience considering no one wants to have to hire a plumber, will definitely use David Gray again whenever needed.

They provided a work around to allow us to shut off the hot water to minimize the leak in the slab while we waited for another plumber to re-pipe the house.

They got us operational that same day.

They were able to get me an appointment the same day since I only have one bathroom. The gentlemen who came was very friendly and even helped my carry in my garbage cans from the night before. He fixed me issue and also gave me some advice and pointers on my sink. I plan to hire them when we are ready for our bathroom to be remodeled.

On both occasions, my problems were fixed the same day. For the lp gas hot water heater, I initially called the big box home improvement stores, however, they did not have a suitable replacement available locally. So I called David Grey as I had used them for some smaller work previously and they didn't let me down. Within 30 minutes I received a call from the on call plumber saying they had a replacement in stock and could be out that evening to replace the unit. Within an hour of their arrival the unit was replaced and we had running hot water. For the water main issue, I mistakenly hit the water main coming into my house with a shovel. Fortunately the old valve was still working so I was able to get the water turned off. I called David Grey, and within 30 minutes had a call indicating they would be able to come out, but it may be later in the evening. I let them know I was without water and if they could expedite a repair that would be great, but to keep me on the schedule. In the mean time I was going to look for another plumber to try and get it fixed sooner. Within another 30 minutes as I was waiting to hear back from the others I had called, David Grey's service called saying they were sending a truck my way for the repair. I cancelled the other calls I had made. When the plumbers got here, they repaired the break and also installed a new cut off valve. The job was completed in an hour and we are back to running water. In both instances my dealings with David Grey's company were fantastic. The plumbers they sent to the house were professional and willing to answer all my questions. After the work was completed, they ensured everything was in good working order and the work areas were cleaned up nicely. I would highly recommend them to anyone who may find themselves in an emergency situation and in need of help.

Plumber arrived on time but was with the wrong information on his job ticket. The job described on the ticket was most likely a quick fix but the actual job was not. Unfortunately, it was at the end of day and could go later into the night. The plumber explained the situation to me and we agreed he would return in the morning as his first job of the day. He rigged the faucet before he left so that my water could be turned back on to the rest of the house. He promptly returned the next morning at the scheduled time and replaced the faucet and also performed a few other nickle-dime repairs while he was here. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism and outstanding quality of the work. I would definately use David Grey Plumbing in the future and will highly recommend them.

They were very responsive. Repaired the problem quickly and left the area clean. Took approximately two hours for one tech to complete the work.
