They came out to unclog kitchen sink and replace garbage disposal. They were here for about to unclog the sink they told me the price of $120 for the kitchen sink which is too high. Then The second crew came out for the garbage disposal and gave me a price of $285 which is pretty good because it included the disposal. .. Now the gentleman is telling me the price is now $215 for unclogging the sink. They keep raising the pricing on me. They became disrespectful, and offensive. I would recommend staying away from this company. They are overpriced and dishonest. They wanted me to sign a tablet with nothing but my signature place on there. There was nothing to tell me what i'm signing. They left my from door open several times and it was 90 degrees plus outside and letting flies in. When I called the business and explained the issue to the supervisor they hung up on me.

I have used this company before and they provide prompt and professional service. The plumbers took time to explain the issue with my shower and how the entire system worked. Also, they did not try to upsell.

Initial visit the plumber saw that I had Kohler fixtures and told me that I can call Kohler and get free replacement parts. The plumber gave me the part numbers I needed, I called Kohler, and had the replacement parts in a week. Called david Grey to make an appointment to install the parts. Only had to pay for labor. Saved over $200 in parts - because of their recommendation to call Kohler and to not use the parts on the truck, they saved me $$$. Would use them again in a heartbeat

David Gray did much better then 6:30, they arrived around 2:00pm re-attached the main water pipe, turned on the water to the house, tested for leaks and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you David Gray Plumbing...

Went well. They recommend putting in a recirculating pump. It works well if you want instant hot water at peak shower times. Hiwever we found we can wait a minute or two for the flow to get to the shower and save more on the electric bill.

I contacted David Gray Plumbing due to two toilets that were running. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and attentive. The plumbers arrived on time and took about an hour and half to do the job. They also explained what they were doing and why. The work seems to be quality, but I guess only time will tell on that. The only issue I have with the company is the price of the materials--the labor seemed to be average for the industry. The materials cost about double what they would cost at a hardware store. I figured there would be a mark up, but it strikes me as a little steep. I suppose there's some worth in the convenience of not having to go out and buy it. All in all I would use them again, but I would consider purchasing the materials myself.

They exceeded their promised timeline, got the job done efficiently and left the site clean.

The service tech was very courteous and helpful. He saw the problem and had the part on the truck to repair it. He checked a second toilet for us just to make sure it was in good shape. It didn't need any repair, so his work was done. He honored the Angie's List discount and gave us a good, fair price. The company gave us a call about 30 minutes before the tech arrived. We will hire them again.

Rodney was very polite and professional. He was able to clear the drain after a great deal of effort. The price was reasonable and comparable to the company we generally use for this type of issue. We will definitely use David Gray, again!

Excellent. They repaired work done by another plumber who put in defective parts.

It was excellent. They gave me a time they could come and arrived in that time frame. They called ahead as promised. It took him about an hour to do the work and only cost me $98 with the Angie's List coupon. My sink is working perfectly again. The technician, Eric, knew what he was doing and was very efficient. I will definitely call them the next time I have a problem.

We just had a drain issue that has been driving us crazy for a year. In comes our new hero Sammie from David Gray Plumbing. He did a phenomenal job and definitely works on the theory of leaving a job in much better shape than he found it. Very courteous, friendly and diligent in his work. He cleaned our bathroom after the job better than we do. Thanks David Gray! ...And of course Sammie, for making me a big fan of this company and no longer afraid to call a plumber.

Had a 12 - 4 window for service call. No show, no phone call, no apology. When I called at 4:30 and they checked into it the response was "do you want to reschedule"? Why bother - the schedule obviously doesn't mean anything!

Very well. Technician was on time, polite and professional. Snaked out the drain pipe and cleared the blockage. Have used this company in the past and will do so again should the need arise.

I picked out a replacement unit in advance, got the price quote, guys came at 1:30, by 2:30 they had removed, drained, and packed away the old tank and installed the new one, checked that it was operating correctly, very professional. Basically updated version of old unit, which was 15 years old, electric 50 gallon Ruud, Model PROE50. Mike went over warranty with me, checked to make sure house was getting hot water, gave me coupons towards any future work. I'll go back to them for plumbing, will certainly talk with them for lighting/electrical just based on this experience.
