I called for an estimate. They said they would get back to me shortly. After 2 weeks I called back to see why I had not been contacted. I was told the person who does estimates was on vacation. Three days later they finally called and asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment for a week from now. I told them I was now in the middle of the remodel and to not call me anymore. Very unprofessional . With a single phone call they could have let me know that the person could not do an estimate until her vacation was over. It wasted my time and held up my project. I will never use thier service.

Replaced old water heater with a new water heater. My old water heater actually caught on fire early this morning. After placing a call around 9am, a new heater arrived within 2 hours and was installed in 30 minutes with new piping & valves. They did a great job! Highly recommended.

The technician is always on time and I feel that I'm treated fairly. Some people might find the cost high, but I would rather buy a more expensive faucet and not have it rust out. I don't have a water softener.

Showed up within an hour to unclog a hall bath toilet. Remover toilet from floor to clean our debris and replaced toilet. Fast efficient and fairly priced. Only plumber I'll use.

He was pretty good and was thorough. He did the work within two and half hours. Price was on the higher side. He did a good job of putting up the faucets and cleaning up everything inside wherever there was leak. He was very responsive and was there on time.

We had a coupon which was honored. Plus we rent this home and do not even live in the state and all went very well. Thanks David Gray plumbing and Angie's List.

As usual, the plumber from David Gray Plumbing was professional, courteous, efficient and really knew what he was doing.

Had 4 out of town guests and the water heater servicing the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Called after hours for advice -a technician returned the call shortly and after an extensive discussion determined there was no quick fix. Call the office the following morning to order a new heater-was given an estimate twice what I paid the same company in March to replace another broken heater - said I wanted to speak with someone to understand why-was transferred, left a message and the senior manager called back within 20 min. explained the heater we now need is a bower vent model - explained all the differences and I agreed to the proposal. They said will try to have by Fri-it's a special model. Grey call early Fri saying the new heater was on hits way- Tech arrived late morning and had all installed within 2 hours. Exceptionally good customer service and follow up. Our guests were glad to have hot water showers that afternoon.

Had work done on rental property. Asked to notify me of work to be done. They did not call. Tried to use angies list coupon. They did not honor it. They may have saved their company $30 but they have lost any future work I would have given them. I will use someone else in the future.

The plumber arrived when expected, got onto the roof and snaked out the drain in about 30 minutes. Very nice and courteous and explained everything he was doing. Later in the week I had water bubbling up around the septic tank when running the washing machine. Called the company yesterday to come check it out to make sure a pipe did not crack or break while snaking. Same outcome, quick and courteous. He figured out it was not a pipe and the septic tank was overflowing. Did not charge me anything for the recheck and suggested calling a septic tank company to come inspect the tank. Would definitely call again for any issues.

They are awesome. Their project manager, Mark Evans, was fantastic on covering all the details. The quality of the work was outstanding. They made really helpful suggestiongs. I cannot say enough good things about them, they were fabulous! I would highly recommend them.

Excellent! I was having a dishwasher installed, when the installer noticed water leaking under the kitchen sink. I called David Gray Plumbing, and Don arrived in approximately an hour. Don was very professional, and answered all my questions. I'm going to be in the market for a water softener, so he explained the different types of systems. I was very impressed with the quick response and wonderful service.

I called David Gray Plumbing around 10:30 Tuesday morning requesting assistance fixing a pin-hole leak in a 1/2" copper pipe. I'd already created an access panel in the back wall of the undersink cabinet and removed both the drywall and surrounding insulation. I ran into problems when I tried to sweat the pipe myself. Since the pipe was in a tight space, I was unable to solder a good seal and needed 'a professional'. By 10:30 Tuesday, they were already booked for the day, however they agreed to come out Wednesday between 8:30 and 9:00. Wednesday morning, technician "Dominic" arrived as scheduled and completed the job quickly and professionally. He was pleasant and chatty, however he continued working as we spoke. It is a big pet peeve of mine *especially when paying by the hour* to have a technician waste time. Dominic utilized his time efficiently while at the same time answering my general knowledge plumbing questions. My only 'gripe' would be that I personally feel the charge for parts was a bit high, however it wasn't unreasonable (hence the B grade). Original charge for parts and labor was $158.56, however I used Angie's $30 off coupon for a final total of $128.56.

I was very satisfied with the professionalism of the plumber, Antwan. He was very careful to keep things clean while performing the work to unclog the drain. He was also very polite and engaging. I would specifically request him the next time I need services from a plumber. The drain was clogged with grease. He explained to me that one way to keep things clear is to fill your sink halfway with water and pour vinegar in the sink. Then when you are draining the water add baking soda. I'm so glad I called even though I had to pay time and one half for the weekend call. It was worth it to be able to wash my breakfast dishes in the morning!

called them around 6pm. they provided a quote, with one version if we waited next day or if they came out that night. they came out around 10 pm. they replaced the water heater and hauled off the old broken one. nice guy, speedy, solid work.

They raised the guest bathroom drains for the bath tub, sink and toilet to restore the slope required to carry waste water to the septic tank.They had to break up most of the bathroom concrete floor to expose the drains and raise them about 3 inches due to soil erosion under the pipes from a bath tub drain that was never connected. This caused the soil erosion every time the shower was used and the drain pipes sagged and the toilet drainpipe cracked and broke completely in half over time. David Gray Plumbing completed the job over a 3 day period and did an excellent job. All drains now drain properly by gravity and they cleaned up after themselves and left the bathroom looking great and functional. Kudos to the guys that did a superb job.

Had a problem with the drain in the laundry room backing up and the toilet in the guest bathroom, located next door to the laundry room, not flushing. The first thing that the plumber did was to snake the vent for the guest bath room, which did nothing to solve the problem. He did however, leave a mess on my four month old roof that I had to climb up the next day and clean off. After snaking the vent to no avail, he decided to go look at the septic tank where it turned out that the problem was. I ended up having to pay another company to come out and change out the sump pump on the septic tank. The vent would not have had to be snaked out if he had looked for the problem before he started. The money charged was not a big problem but the mess that he left on my roof was.

David Gray Plumbing repaired a slab leak for me back in March and also did a great job, however another severe leak came in December so I had them do the re pipe to, hopefully, eliminate any future slab leaks.

In my opinion, I would NOT recommend David Gray Plumbing IF you want your repairs performed correctly.

I called about 8:15 AM and scheduled service for between 10 and 1:00. I received a call from the office at 9:00 saying they would be at my house within 30 minutes. They had another call nearby and arrived in 10 minutes. They assessed the situation, got on the roof and started working. It took a while, but eventually the clog was cleared. Jamie and Robert were very polite and knowledgable. The job took about one hour.

I needed to have a toilet that was rocking re-seated to the floor. The service technician arrived on time, repaired the situation, and left the bathroom spotless.? The price was a little high but would hire them again.

They were in and out in less that 1 hour and they have a 30 day warranty...could not ask for more. Called the office for an appointment @ 9:30 and they showed up at @ 10:15 with a 30 minute heads up that they were in route....outstanding service.

I called for service on Sunday and set up appointment for Monday morning. Company called early Monday morning to confirm address and appointment time. Kevin Bostick, technician, arrived on time and after evaluating the problem provided a fair repair estimate. He was carrying the needed valve part in his truck which he installed promptly. He was careful with cleanliness in the working area. He was also able to honor Angie's list coupon. Indeed, a great service experience. I would have no problem in using David Gray Plumbing in the future.

I had a major water backup this morning and called David Gray Plumbing after researching Angie's List. I requested an appointment for after 3pm. DGP called 30 minutes in advance of appointment time and arrived at approximately 3:30pm. Upon arrival, Service Tech Venny ran a 3/4" cable through the cleanout into the building (2X40 ft.). Also ran water in tub and flushed water closets 4 times while cleaning drain to ensure drain was clear. Cause of stoppage was sludge and all is draining freely. Venny also ran a 1/2" cable through roof vent to laundry room to clear trap. (2X50 ft.). All the work was done expeditiously and Venny was done in less than an hour. The price was very fair and having taken advantage of an advertised special through Angie's List my total cost was only $86.50. Venny was efficient and very, very pleasant and I will most surely request his service again. But even if I can't get Venny, based on his performance and representation, I will definitely use David Gray Plumbing again.

Showed up within 2 hours of phone call. Completed work within 1 hour. Installed all new components. Works perfectly now.
