David Gray Plumbing was so responsive after we received a notice that something had to be corrected on the bathtub plumbing and drainage for closing on the sale of our daughter's house. It would have held up the closing but after messaging DGP, they responded immediately, met us at the house and took care of it all in the same day! And the price was reasonable, particularly in view of our need and timing. Thank you David Gray Plumbing!

Discovered 10yo builder grade water heater leaking from top in garage. After quick research and assessment of the problem I decided that replacement was a better option than attempting repair. Secured gas, water and began drain of heater (to keep it from filling garage) and checked Angie's List and box Hardware store. Box had 50g heater in stock for ~$400 + install but install would take days over holiday weekend. Called David Gray and was promptly and cheerfully greeted, provided information and informed a technician would contact me shortly. Chris called about 20 minutes later, determined that they had a 75g replacement in stock and offered to install after driving to the warehouse retrieve the heater. They arrived approx. 1+30 after initial call and got to work. Work took approximately 3 hours, professional throughout. Longest part of the service was waiting for the old water heater to completely drain (I should have broken the airlock with the P&T valve, mistakenly though opening hot water taps would have taken care of it.) Chris and Tony were polite and professional, even in the 95 deg garage, and cleaned the work area on completion to include the sediment the old water heater spewed on the driveway. Angie's List coupon accepted without question. Research into the water heater provided reveals that I got a good deal, especially given the rapid response time and quality of work.

Superb!! This went very well. The faucets unvolved a fair amount of time and were fairly complicated. There was not a chance that I could have done this on my own. Most importantly, however, the following deserves extra accolades: 1. Same day service... within 2 hours of my initial phone request 2. Punctuality including a phone call to let me know the technician was on his way 3. Professionalism of Dominic Colucci!!! Dominic was was "up front" about pricing, was knowledgeable, took time to explain what needed to be done now and for future upkeep, provided me with some tips about the best brand for plumbing fixtures and for savings, and exhibited superior customer service/communication skills. Unquestionably, I would request him again for future services 4. Very fair pricing for the quality of work, the length of time required for repairs. 5. They more more than lived up to their reputation and other high reviews. The bottom line - A++ in my books

They came out with a crew on a Monday and cut all the wholes in the wall as well as the ceiling to replace the piping. They came back out on Tuesday and they took out the old pipes and put in the new PBC pipes. They forgot to glue the pipes together and as a result our entire apartment flooded and ruined half of our belongings. They took multiple belongings that they agreed they would fix which we have still not received yet. We spoke with their insurance company and we agreed on a settlement price however we never heard anything back from the insurance company. I spoke with the insurance adjuster and he said that David Gray had paid him and then fired him because he didn't like the amount we agreed upon. We have not received any payment from the company.

Was given 9-1 timeframe, plumber arrived 12:50, so I got a bit stressed because I had to be at work by 1:30, but he still arrived within the timeframe. He fixed the leak quickly, was neat, placed plastic sheets underneath so no mess would be left behind, was polite and very professional.

They did a good job. The responsiveness was excellent, with great work's quality. Overall, I am grading them an A. I am also going to use them in the future.

Had a brief issue that other customers should know: print out your Angie's List coupon as the technician has to submit it with paper work. It was not a problem for Gray to honor the coupon, there was only a momentary delay to get it approved by home office! Gary Gray was also immediately responsive via email to me! Thank you, Joe

We sprung a leak in our from yard sprinkler system behind the water main. We had already dug the hole and uncovered the problem. We did not have the proper pieces to fix it ourselves, so I called David Gray. This happened on a Sunday but I still called to get service on Monday. They called advising they were on the way and arrived shortly thereafter. I have to give Chris credit he did a great job and cleaned up someone else mess. This is why I always call David Gray Plumbing when you have plumbing needs. I am a happy customer.

I called David Gray because the water pressure in my shower had slowed to a trickle. The plumber arrived on time and was very courteous. He turned the shower on and off then examined the shower head. Finding nothing he declared that nothing could be done to fix the problem. Recently we became so fed up with the problem that I called another company for a second opinion. After finding that we had a clog in the water valve they fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. I will not call David Gray again.

The plumbers working for David Gray are true professionals. I would highly recommend. A plumber named "Butter" came out and he was very helpful and worked hard to get my severe clog undone. Thank you Butter!!

The price was too high. They included the time it took for the glue to dry on the pipes in their invoice. It took them less than 5 minutes to do the repair but 20 minutes for the glue to dry. So they sat in their truck until the glue dried and then went back to turn on the main water. I could have done that. So they charged me 30 minutes worth of labor which was $136. They took my angieslist coupon for $30 to make the total $106. That was still a hard pill to swallow. The price was high enough for me to explore other options in the future should I need plumbing services again. Other repair services I have used from angieslist always did a good job trying to educate me and explore all options before deciding on a specific repair or if I really needed one in the first place. These guys saw just one solution and wanted to get it done and move on. Otherwise, everything was great from punctuality to the way they presented themselves.

The crew that they sent out showed up on time and went right to work. They did an outstanding job which made the rest of my kitchen remodel keep on schedule.

Phone representative was very nice and helpful. Appointment scheduled same day. Repairman called before coming, was very pleasant and helpful. He took about thirty minutes and our Angie's coupon was honored. I WILL be using David Gray Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I called on a Saturday to schedule an appointment for the next Wednesday morning. I waited for someone to show up but they never did. I called the office to find out that the person who took the call on Saturday never scheduled my service. So, I rescheduled service for the next day. They came on time the 2nd time. The job was done well, but for some reason I had to pay for two guys to do what one could have easily done. Not happy about that; job ended up costing much more than I anticipated.

Very professional and prompt service though price seemed to be on the high side. The plumber walked me through all the features and tips for maintenance. I was very pleased with the service and would definitely use this company again.

Estimator arrived on time and worked with us to arrive at the proper service we needed and at the price we needed. The crew were outstanding...on time, good communication with how the work would be on a day-to-day basis, very professional and you would never know that they were here. Highly recommend.

This is the third time in the past month that we've called David Gray Plumbing and we've been extremely happy with their service. On 3/6/2014, I contracted with them to fix the hot water in my guest bathroom, and the technician completed the work in less than 10 minutes! Our guest came the following week and was able to take nice hot showers as a result. We called David Gray Plumbing again a week later when there was a leak under our kitchen sink. Dominic came out and was immediately able to see that the problem was a worn out garbage disposal. He happened to have a brand new disposal in his work van, and he installed it in about 30 minutes. He also mentioned that additional leaks might be coming from our poorly installed faucet. On 4/2/2014, Dominic from David Gray came back out and installed my beautiful new kitchen faucet, and he took extra time to show me the paperwork, and what number to call to register my faucet for the lifetime warranty. The David Gray technicians all arrived on time, performed the work, and went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. Obviously I would use them again (as I've already used them three times in the past 30 days!). I highly recommend them.

Very professional, did a good job, honest, I highly recommend them. It's good to know as a single woman I have someone I can trust.

This is a very professional and courteous company. He showed up right on time and got my hot water heater running for me - at no charge. He even gave me a great quote on replacing my 26 year old hot water heater in the near future. I was supper impressed and plan to let the military community know that this guy goes above and beyond to help out. I was worried about calling to get this fixed since I did not personally know any plumbers but I can honestly say this was the best choice I could have made. My husband was also very thankful for the great experience. We know who we will be calling to fix plumbing and hot water heaters!

Both plumbers arrived earlier than promised, they laid down the plastic in the home prior to doing any work. They had to remove the back of one of my cabinets to access the broken pipe. The plumber was extremely careful while removing the back to the cabinet and the cabinet back was so well removed it can be reattached. The work was completed quickly and they did an amazing job. He was unable to get someone out to snake the drain until the next day due to the rains on Monday, but the follow up call was fast and they were just as professional. Also, neither plumber was scared of my menagerie of dogs, which is a pleasure. Would recommend and would use again!

They were efficient and worked at a good pace. Price was fair for the work being done. They also answered all of my questions-even after they left and the work was done. I will definitely use them again.

Asked for an estimate over two months ago and I am still waiting.

Very happy with the service I received. They arrived with 1 hour of my calling them. They made the repair, fully explained what the issue was and charged a fair price.

They are really great. The plumbing and heating/AC jobs went really well, but when we called them to remodel our bathroom, none of our calls were answered. The AC was acting up, but they replaced the capicator.
