Everything went well, Corie was on time, got right to it and was done in less than hour.

I called and Kye arrived in a little over an hour. He was extremely polite and professional and fixed our problem in about 15 minutes. He told us that if we had a phone directory, there was a discount coupon available. Also, informed us that if it clogged again within 30 days, they'd return at no charge. All in all, a most satisfactory experience.

As a repeat customer, I can't say enough good things about David Gray Plumbing. Keith was punctual, knowledgeable, fixed today's problems. These guys know what they are doing!

My sink backed up the night before I was headed out of town. Garbage disposal stopped working as well. I unscrewed the pipe underneath the sink myself in an attempt to clear whatever was blocking the drain. In doing so, I broke one of the pipes. I called David Gray. They provide 24 hour service and would have sent someone right away, however I opted for the following day as the evening hours are charged at a premium. My issues required 2 service techs, 1 to clear the clog and 1 to perform the repairs. Both technicians showed up right on time, one was even a few min early. They were very polite and professional. They fixed the issue in a timely manner and were in and out quickly. They charged $98 for the service call and $298 to install the new garbage disposal and repair the broken pipe. Overall I was very pleased and will definitely use them again in the future.

Don was prompt and very professional. He was very quick. I am very pleased with the job.

Mr. Mark Evans came to our home and looked at the replacement of two water heaters. He gave us the pros and cons for replacing both water heaters or replacing one water heater and by-passing the other. We decided to replace the heater in the garage with a larger capacity heater and by-passing the heater in the house. The installation crew showed up on time and worked continuously until the job was done. There were some question about the flue piping and the roof vent and they resolved the questions with no problems. The new heater is considerably larger than the old one, but they made it fit and updated the installation to meet the current code. The other heater was by-passed by running pipes from the garage to the middle of the house (about 70 feet) and back to the garage. They cleaned up after the work was completed and left the work area spotless. All of the David Gray employees are very knowledgeable and professional. The county inspector checked the installation and said it was perfect and signed the acceptance form. I have used David Gray before and will use them again. I recommend them with no reservations.

Technician friendly and told me that valve just needed to be tightened, not replaced. He also showed me how to turn off water to house in case I ever had a big leak. The one I had was slow, but I had worried what I would have done if the washer had had a bigger leak. I had a very short wait from my call to the technician arriving. I will definitely use them again

He showed me the problem, a fairly easy and inexpensive fix. Not only did he not charge me a service fee, he also gave me coupon for the HVAC tech's repair!

We had a cracked pipe behind our house that started leaking in the evening on 10 July. After checking around on Angie's List, I contacted David Gray, and they were able to come out relatively quickly (it was around 01:00 on 11 July, which is understandable for a Friday night.) The technician was quick and professional, and in no time the cracked portion of pipe was replaced. Good service all round; I would definitely use them again for future plumbing jobs.

The gentlemen that installed the toilet was great. I didn't like the toilet seat that was originally installed, they came back out and changed it out. They were on time and punctual.

We placed an emergency call to David Gray Plumbing when we discovered water in our garage near the entrance to the laundry room and found it had entered the guest bedroom closet as well.The plumber we had used in the past could not come out for several days so, based on an Angie's List recommendation, we called David Gray Plumbing. Two service people came out by that afternoon, located the source of the leak and fixed it. They were courteous and thorough. They also replaced our main water shut-off valve although that wasn't part of the original call. We felt that the price was very fair, particularly for an emergency call. When our next plumbing emergency arose (see the 5/30/2015 review) we didn't hesitate to call David Gray Plumbing.

This was the second time we called David Gray Plumbing in an emergency and, once again, were pleasantly surprised by their responsiveness and reasonable price. We had a guest staying on a Saturday and she mentioned that the tub had failed to drain after a shower. Then the toilet nearly overflowed and we had a full scale emergency. David Gray sent someone out by that afternoon and the serviceman had to climb onto the roof to clear the main line. We think this was an old problem that just turned critical when the guest bathroom was used. As before, the service person was polite and thorough and the price was fair. We hope their are no further emergencies, but know who to call if there are!

I sent an email out on 4/6/2015, at night. I did not expect a quick response so I was quite surprised to get a phone call the very first thing in the morning. I explained that water backed up in my main bathroom tub when I drained large amounts of water in the kitchen (water used for boiling food, dishwater, etc) and that it wasn't an emergency, but rather an inconvenience. They gave me an appointment for 1 hour later. The plumber showed up on time, was very respectful of my property, and cleaned the tub beautifully prior to leaving. He was professional and fast, in and out in no time. Two months later, we still have a well working drain.

The service provider was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Excellent service that was prompt and efficient; I was very happy with the service. I felt the price was fair for all of the parts and labor and I would definitely use this company again.

We had to have the whole thing replumbed after we had a pipe break. It was just replumbing, he didn't have to do anything because it leaked under the house not into it. It was mostly good. We had a toddler and we told them to let us know when they were leaving and all that so that I could put him down for a nap in the appropriate time, it was better so they actually helped with that. That was good but the work took several days longer than I had anticipated. And somebody stepped on the antique for the air conditioning vent and we didn't find it for months. They also do air conditioning. We had them come out and they actually came and looked. We had all kinds of problems with our air conditioning not working quite right until we figured out that they had stepped on one of the 18inch ground pipe up in the ceiling. They were supposed to put all the insulation back in the attic correctly and they didn't do it initially. We had to called them back to have them come back and put all the insulation in the correct place. So far it looks fine and when my husband called and talked to the owner or manager, they did give us a little bit of credit back for the inconvenience. They did fix the pipes and everything. They have the best warranty for their work. They were able to do a quick fix to get us through the weekend. They came Friday and gave us a quick fix so we had water for the weekend and then they started on Monday but they weren't finished until the following Friday. They had to get into our wall so they sent out a guy to fix the wall, he did a great job. Their drywall guy is fantastic. The price was great. It was a little bit more expensive but their warranty was double than anybody else. We had water the whole time since they rerouted some stuff.

They were very good. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable.

I am very satisfied. They’re cheaper than another plumber. The thing I like about David Gray is they are large and they come fast; you can usually get them out the same day. With the flood; they come immediately, but just a problem that you want to get fixed, like a slow drain, they come right out.

The service I received could not have been better. The plumber Butter was very friendly and knowlegable. He explained how the pipes ran through the house and where and how the clogs occur. Mine we thought was powder detergent in the P trap (a new term for me :) but turned out it was also roots. He explained how this happens with new washers a lot. I will most definately use David Gray plumbing again. Also I hardly had to wait at all ! I called them around 8:00 am on a Saturday and the office was very friendly and said they'd get someone to the house today. They called me back when they were on their way and he got here around 9:30 am and was finished in under and hour.

I found him on your list, he is great. I have been using him for a year. They come when I ask them to. The price is fair. I trust him.
