Response from David Gray Heating & Air
The Homeowner called in for the system not cooling in September 2012. We diagnosed the equipment and determined that R-22 Refrigerant would be needed to get the system pressures back to manufacturers specification to operate correctly. While the technician was on site the homeowner asked for pricing to replace the 1994 unit. My estimator gave the homeowner 3 options and said that he would follow up the next day to answer any questions or concerns about a new system installation and go over pricing and financing options. When the estimator called to follow up the next day the homeowner said at this time they were unable to replace the unit. Description of Work: Called about 5:31 Saturday afternoon because air condiitioner stopped working.The service man was there in one hour--got it working-- it stopped again the next day, he came back found the problem made repairsat no charge---I have used company for plumming in the past and I am satisfied with the work preformed---
