Everything went very well. The gentlemen showed up on time and did a good job. I work from home, but they did not cause an issue with noise or anything which was very considerate. they finished the work in a reasonable amount of time and left everything neat and orderly.

speedy appointment setting. rep came out and gave a quote and plan of action. suspected line needed flushing. that was not the issue though. my floor became sloped over the years and the pipe was not slanted enough to carry off water. exceeded expectation by cutting a hole in that line anyway so I could pour bleach down it.

Ottis and Clinton showed up on time and changed out heating and a/c unit and did the job. Very personable and took care of our needs as we requested. I would recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is very good. A job well done.

Jimmy (technician) called beforehand to let me know he was on the way, showed up on time, did his thing and gave me a thorough report on what he found. I called and canceled my service call. I was able to fix the problem myself.

We had never used the company before and put in a service call that our AC was not working around 8:30am. Technician arrived by 11:30 that morning. Problem was diagnosed and unfortunately part had to be ordered. The next day technician arrived by 10:30am and was completed by 11:45. AC was back on and working properly. Technician was very professional and courteous. We have used lots of AC companies in the area in the past 13 years and this was by far the easiest and most professional company. Would recommend!

The cost was very fair, he cut the inside pipe, shot liquid nitrogen through the inside pipe to clean the clog. The price was only $189.00, but he offered me a choice of signing up for a two time a year maintenance program that would pay for this issue and future issues of this type at no charge. so I saved $40.00 and have 2 future maintenance inspections for this year, I love these guys. I was very happy with my contact from start to finish the David Grey and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

David Gray sent their best Rep to our house, Oneil Perez came over and gave us all the information that we needed to make a choice between David Gray and two competitors from Angie's List. He was very professional and was selling a great product line. We chose one of the options, and Oneil helped us get started with financing. Two days later, Oneil showed up with the A/C unit and a crack installation crew. 6 hours after first arriving the crew cleaned up after a flawless installation and politely excused themselves. A top-notch experience from beginning to the end. I highly recommend them for A/C needs.

From the very beginning when their residential sales person returned my calls and was polite, full of information and his follow up was fantastic; a little shocking how thorough. Their sales rep, Mr. Perez, was a breath of fresh air. Eric and Will showed up as promised, went over exactly where they recommended the outside unit was to be placed and where inside the wall unit would be mounted. Clean, polite, appropriately dressed/uniformed and fussy about their work quality. I thought for a moment I've known these two techs for sometime......that's the type of comfort you want to get from someone doing such work...I didn't have any doubt that they would do a quality job and they did. Technician explain problem using a lot of electrical and refrigeration term, almost seem his intention was to confuse me with technical jargon.

I called based on the reviews I found here on Angieslist. We were looking to have an estimate done for replacing our current HVAC and ductwork. If we decided we couldn't afford the new system, we were going to have it serviced instead. They set up an appointment for Wednesday, but the estimator called and said he wouldn't be able to make it and would come on Thursday at the same time. He showed up on time and looked over our system and then told me the estimate would be sent on Monday. Monday afternoon I still hadn't received anything so I called to make sure we would be able to receive the estimate that day, since our HVAC has stopped working and we need to make a decision soon. He told me he would send the estimate for the systems in an hour, which he did, but that he would send the estimate for the ductwork on Tuesday. We still have never received the estimate for the ductwork. The prices quoted for the systems also seem very high compared to our research, especially since our house is only 1 story and less than 1500 sq. ft.

Michael, did a quick and great job, even went as far as letting me know the R-value of my insulation.

Excellent, there is nothing more I can say, It was Great!!!! Tom arrived at 9:35 and by 12:45 our bedroom had started to cool down. We had just moved to the Jax area and didn't know what to expect for service as we were from a small town where you just called your friend and got something fixed... David Gray Heating and Air will handle all of our AC needs from this day forward. We understand they have a Plumbing division also, so I will be giving them a call as well should that need arise. I thought they could have had given us a better diagnosis of the problem, because they replaced a part which actually improved the cooling, but it did not make it absolutely right. So, I called somebody else out and they found another problem which did fix everything and we ultimately ended up having our air conditioning replaced because the one that was in there was already about 12 or 13 years old. We were thinking and were in that situation so the fellow that came out sort of said, it needs this new motor, where in fact we needed a whole new system. So, we ended up using somebody else for that. I personally probably would not use them again in the future, but that does not mean that is a problem for them. I like the people that did the air conditioning end, and I think they are on your list as well and they did a really nice job.

Came out to check unit.Found it filling apart. Recommended new unit which i knew i needed. Was able to install before old spell set in the same day.

Responded to my phone call and set up an appointment for the beginning of the next day. Showed up on time, was polite, helpful, explained options well, worked quickly and installed the new unit that same day.

I have been a client of David Gray's Plumbing for more than 3 years. They came out and fixed a plumbing problem that another company messed up after wanting to charge me a ridiculous price. They have always been prompt and professional and their prices are competitive with other companies. Some may feel they are a little more expensive but the service and professionalism they offer is worth it to me when you have a company that will do everything they can to respond when you have an emergency.

They were so quiet; you could?ve had an infant sleeping in the house. The workmanship was great. They cleaned up & simply did a great job. They were prompt & quick in their work. If we have an issue they usually come out the same day ? even on a Sunday.

Originally we were going to have just a maintanance done on the old unit. Found there was a leak in the coil and because the unit was 13 1/2 years old, decided it would be best to replace it. The same day, two men came and did the job but had a problem replacing the old mercury thermostate because of wiring. They arrived a little before 1:00 pm and worked through to 8:45 pm without stopping. It was a very hot day in the 90's. The very next day Tom came and installed the new programable thermostate. We set the temperature and the house has remained at that same steady temperature in all rooms ever since. We are happy with the way the air handler and condenser are working. Because we are senior citizens, they gave us a 5% discount which helps a lot. We are very pleased with the work the team from David Gray Heating & Air did for us.

The price for the parts and labor was very fair, they responded right away, and they followed up quickly when we had a problem.
