Description of Work: They pump out the septic tank. They failed to show for the first appointment. Darrell returned my call, apologized and ensured the job was done first thing the following day. Everyone misplaces things and I believe this was an honest mistake. The crew was on time, very professional, efficient and done quickly. I wouldn't call anyone else.

Description of Work: Cleaned out Septic & Dosing Tank, cleaned filter, replaced bad sump pump in dosing tank, came back 6 days later and added a riser lid on dosing tank at our request. Total was $750.00. Also was given information on someone that would come and look at our drain field for possible issues. We were contacted by someone with in two days. This is a good company, with great workers, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank You Angie for having this website so newbies like us in regards to Septic and Drain Fields don't get ripped off! :-)

Description of Work: I have had septic systems for over 50 years. This is the only |septic pumping company that washed down the wall of tank, after pumping it and then asked to flush the toilet to make sure everything was in good working order. I gave their name and number to my neighbor.

Description of Work: We called Crews on a Saturday morning needing an emergency pump out of our septic tank. They arrived within three hours, performed the task professionally, and charged a very reasonable price. I was impressed and thankful with how responsive they were on a weekend. I will definitely use them next time we need a pump out.

Description of Work: My husband called another provider to clean out our septic tank BEFORE he knew we could use Angie's List. THEY NEVER SHOWED! But, later that night we checked Angie's List and came across another provider, who because of his busy schedule, referred us to Darrell Crews, who came the next morning!!! Punctual, efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. We couldn't ask for more.

+ -1 moreCrew of two plus pumpout truck arrived about 30 minutes late but this is pretty much on time for a pump out service. The crew went to work immediately. They pumped out the tank then used a probe to mark the drainfield. The next day the required inspection form was emailed to the address I provided. The form was complete, accurate and readily accepted by Clay county when I applied for my drain field repair permit. The crew even took a few minutes to explain the repair process. While a septic pump out is never exciting I would use Darrell Crews again.

+ -1 moreThe two workmen arrived reasonably on time as expected. I appreciated their careful parking so as not to let their truck tracks to impinge on our neighbors' property frontage on the narrow private road here. The workmen wasted no time setting about the task of hand-shoveling down to the septic tank access point in our back yard. They were also careful in placement of the pumping hose around our shrubbery and plants. Upon completion they left the worksite tidy. I felt the price was comparatively reasonable for the labor they accomplished. I will definitely use their maintenance service again because I have confidence they will get the job done well and promptly every time.
Description of Work: This is the third time we've used Darrell Crews Septic Tank services. This visit was for a regular septic tank pumping maintenance service.
