Description of Work: Th guy showed up expeditiously and looked at the unit. Within 5 minutes he said it was frozen and probably had a leak, so the "big deal" coupon wouldn't cover anything. He thawed the unit and added freon. He then said that he could check for a leak real quick but it would cost $75 dollars more. If he couldn't find it fast, he said I would have to schedule another call and pay @ $200. He found the leak and said the company will call me later to let me know if I'm under warranty still, if not he recommended that I pay @ $400 for a quick leak fix treatment... Short version= a 40 minute visit cost me over $300 in addition to the useless big deal coupon, and I am left with a TEMPORARY fix until the rest is scheduled and paid for!
