It worked out really well. They were timely and very helpful explaining everything to me. They checked out both units. They did a really great job. They technician was real friendly and willing to explain the details for what he was finding. They got the entire job done in about an hour and a half. The timing of the job was what I anticipated.

It was fine. They indicated that there was mold throughout our system and ducts. We had a mold person come in and inspect and he said the ducts were fine. I felt like we got up-sold. The people were pleasant and nice. I don’t think I will use them again. They got the job done in a couple hours.

It turned out pretty good. They have been doing maintenance on the A/C for a couple years now. They get here when they say they will. The service tech is very personable and easy to talk to. He works quickly and is very experienced. They are flexible and able to work around my schedule. The maintenance cost is in the range of $80-$120.

It was wonderful. They showed up when they were supposed to and the technician was very nice. They are very accommodating. They got the job done in about an hour.

They did a terrific job. The employees were extremely polite. There was no problems at all and they were very easy to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable, and they were very clean. I signed up with them to have them come out every year to do a tune up.

We enjoyed their service. They sent two guys who did a good job at the price they quoted. They also cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to deal with.

We like their service and we like that they call us to remind us of their visits.

Arrived on time and did the inspection. The serviceman they sent said our air conditioner looked fine and gave us tips on how to keep it that way.

They came back with a couple suggestions to help the system, change out the doors to improve air flow, seal inside the utility closet to keep out dust, there is a hole to the wall interior. Guess it was inspection only as no new filter or anything done, not even sure he checked the coolant levels, no report. They gave a verble assesment and quote for new unit, said we needed one and cheap was $4,900, better would be $5,500. I thought this very high for a small house. i guess you get what you pay for and the deal of the day may not be for me!

He tested the A/C specs and wrote down all the numbers. He found that the capacitor wasn't working and replaced it. The work took an hour. I wrote a check for $280, but I had already purchased a "Big Deal" coupon from Angie's List, so it really cost me $330.00. I felt this was a very expensive repair and don't think I got my money's worth since the coupon was for a separate service. Replacing the capacitor isn't the same thing as the "Big Deal," so I got cheated.

The service I received from Cool Connections Inc. went okay. It took a little bit longer than I thought it would, but then again, the guy was kind of chatty. He was a talker. That was the only complaint I would have. He did a good job and it worked out okay. He did what he said he was going to do, as far as servicing it. I'm not 100% satisfied, but I'm not angry enough to file a complaint, either. He didn't communicate well about what it would take to get rid of the mold.

It turned out well! He ended up selling us something else but I guess it's something we needed. He recommended a quick start kit for our air conditioner. We know nothing about air conditioners and he said it would lengthen the life of our air conditioner by making the cut on easier. It was like $250 more including the installation. I assume he is reputable and that we actually needed it or it was a professional recommendation. That's all we have to go on. He seemed very knowledgeable and he was a nice man. He was very timely, very punctual and very professional!

He was great. I thought he did excellent work and I would definitely call them again.

They were very efficient. When they got here I told the gentleman that I haven't had it running and he told me turned it on and I did and while I was doing that he went around the back to the external unit and he opened up one spot and he found the problem. They were very good to me and very efficient.

It worked out fine. They came out and did what they're hired to do.

The services provided by Cool Connections Inc. went very well. He was very professional. He went through the inside unit, checked the cleanliness of the coil, checked to make sure the filter was good. He checked the electrical draw on the fan motor and made sure the pan was draining properly and flushed the drain line. He then went to the outside air conditioning unit and checked the draw on the compressor, checked the freon, checked the fan to make sure it was working properly and all the connections in the unit were tight. He discussed what he was doing with me while he was doing it. He completed the check in a reasonable amount of time and gave me all the information as he was doing everything. Plus, he filled out a report and left a copy of that with me.

This was an "a/c tune-up special" recently offered on Angie's List. The service technician, Keith, was prompt, thorough in his inspection and testing and offered several good tips for keeping things operating efficiently. We will definitely use Cool Connections again in the future.

My experience to them was not good and for me it's terrible! They actually overcharged me for the part that I didn't need and the technician took out Freon out of my two units, all of my units are working fine and there's nothing wrong with any of those and I thought it was just a check up. He left the building to cool, so we have to call them back and they had to put back the Freon into the unit but still it doesn't work right. They were rude over the phone and in my opinion the technicians didn't know what they are doing. I will never recommend them and absolutely I will never use them again.

Estimate done on a timely basis. Went out of their way to explain what was to be done and how long it would take. The workmen showed up on the assigned date. Got a call informing me of when they would arrive. Job professionally done. were prompt, courteous. work perfomed efficiently and timely. Made sure no damage was done to the house. cleaned up after themselves.

The job went well. There was a minimum of mess and interruption to my schedule. The work men were polite and professional.

It started with Chris giving us an outlook of how everything was going to be put in place, he also gave us an estimate. He also researched what size unit we needed for our home and came up with the right unit. A week later his men came to install the ac unit and it looks so professional that we are impressed and in awe. It works magnificient.

Chris was very responsive in coming out and giving us an estimate on putting additional insulation in our attic and garage. We called him back and told him we wanted him to do the work and scheduled an appointment. They were right on time and completed the work in an efficient manner. They cleaned up very good. They were polite and professional and I would highly recommend them.

Top notch repair person. Courteous and professional and really goes the extra mile to help the customer. Highly recommend.
