My whole A/C system needed to be replaced so I called Chase Air. After my experience with other companies, I wasn't expecting much but Charles came out the same day I called to complete an estimate for service, in the pouring rain. When I called back to schedule the install a couple days later, he was able to put me on the schedule within 2 days. Mark and Tim were exceptional at the install. They were polite, professional, and efficient. They completed the full install in a few short hours, explained the new system to me, and answered every question I had. I will certainly use Chase for all my heating and A/C needs in the future. Thank you to the whole Chase team!

Prompt scheduling, prompt arrival, excellent work and customer service - thought price was a bit high but decided to use them because I had used them in the past with excellent results and customer service - would definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with them. They even ended up fixing a leak at the ceiling. They went beyond what they needed to do.

I called on a Friday morning at 8:30am. They were able to have two guys onsite by 10:30am. Really great communication on when the guys would arrive. Charles and Mike came onsite, put on the booties. They spent some time troubleshooting and also answering my husband's questions. We had already had two other companies out to try to fix the issue. Chase finally identified what the real issue was. The thermostat was not working properly. They also identified a capacitor that needed to be replaced. We haven't had an issue with the AC since. The only issue I think I had was that the pricing on their thermometer was much higher than what I could have purchased it on Amazon. However, the pricing also included the installation and troubleshooting. Overall I would definitely use them again. I asked them about AC maintenance plans and they said that with our system we didn't really need to subscribe to their plan. I thought they were very fair and honest about the services that we needed.

I replaced the thermostat for my HVAC and crossed some wires. Chase came out and fixed it right up. The guys were super professional and nice. So nice I wanted to invite them to dinner. I highly recommend Chase. Top notch.

Knowledgeable, polite, professional (Mike). Had insight into what needed to be done better than the company I previously used near my home. Besides doing a check/spruce-up on all inside and outdoor components, did little extras: repaired hanging drain pipe; glued pieces together than should have been done on install (by other company; coated coils in outside unit and sprayed cover for weather/salt water protection. I had been paying more than twice the $99 charge from local company. These folks really have the technical know-how. They can be trusted to do the job right.

After clearing blocked pipe, he did a maintenance check of the unit. He was very polite and patient in explaining what he was doing and why.

He arrived on time, analyzed the problem, and completed the job within a few hours. He also explained to me what had occurred with my unit.

I filled out the "Schedule a Repairman" form and received a prompt response. The person scheduling was very knowledgeable and gave different estimates depending on what was wrong with the unit. I scheduled the cleaning to be done between 11 am and 1 pm. At 1:01 PM I received a call from dispatch letting me know that the technician was still at his last appointment and would be late. At 1:32 PM dispatched called to let me know the technician was on his way. The technician was very apologetic for the delay. He cleaned the unit beautifully! He explained what he did and how he did it. He went the extra mile and used his tape measure to help me figure out what size air filter I needed to get for the unit. He did a great job!

We called Chase Air and Charles immediately called us back. He came out that same day and quickly and professionally diagnosed and repaired the problem. He is honest and we had a great experience. We had a very good experience and will definitely be using Chase Air for all of our air conditioner/heating needs.

The AC stopped blowing cold air on Tuesday 9/11. I telephoned Chase Air on Wednesday morning and scheduled an appointment with a technician for 1-3 pm window. Someone from the office would phone me when the technician is available (within 30 minutes). I telephoned the office around 2:30 to check in and was told it would be a bit later than 3. The technician arrived around 4 (which was fine) and proceeded to check the unit. He was very thorough and explained what he found. We gave him approval to replace the parts. I will definately use this company again and recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Charles (Chase Air) was one of five quotes we sought form Angie's List A rated companies. Charles spent about two hours at our house inspecting the current system, duct work, taking measurements and performing a load calculation then explaining in detail our options. We were surprised when Charles found out returns were undersized and recommended replacing our current 5 ton unit with a 3.5 ton unit. Two of the other companies had recommended 5 ton systems and one had recommended a 4 ton unit - no other company had informed us of the undersized returns. Charles was professional, polite and asked to cal him with any questions - and I did two weeks later. I was rather confused about how we could have multiple quotes with different sized systems, so I figured out how to manually estimated the loads for system designed. It turned out Charles was spot on. Getting past the hurdle of trusting our house could be cooled more efficiently with a smaller system while eliminating some dust, humidity and temperature issues took me a few more weeks, but Charles returned and spent another few hours with me walking through all the work and system options. Turns out Charles recommended the lowest of the options and a MERV 16 filter system (although we elected to go with mid-grade heat pump with additional noise insulation and UV lighting). On the day of the install the crew arrived promptly; Charles joined them after making some service calls. The work went smoothly and efficiently. During the final inspection of the duct work Charles discover that vents running to several rooms were not fitted properly and applied mastic to seal then at no charge. Although Charles left in the afternoon for other service calls, the work was completed on time and all materials and dust was cleaned up. Charles and his crew are 100% professional customer focused! I waited several months to write this review to see how the system is performing, and I have to tell you it works exactly like Charles said it would! Gone are the humidity issues and temperature swings, comfort is impoved, and utility bills have been reduced by 15%. I have recommend Chase Air to a number of friends and neighbors. Charles won't sell you more than you need which is refreshing when you get conflicting options and opinions from others.

I am a firm believer that you can't please everyone 100% of the time but according to Angie's list Chase Air pleases people 94% of the time as per their current rating at the time. When our aging system went out in one of the hottest months in Florida we thought we were going to face a nightmare of a situation. These guys made the whole process as easy as you could ever imagine it could be. They repalced our A/C unit and natural gas furnace. During the process the core values of the company were evident in their professionalism, abundance of knowledge, quality workmanship and honesty. They even offered to provide a quote to fix our existing system even after they knew that our desire was to replace it with something more energy efficient. The response to a couple of our questions after installation were immediate even when it was after business hours. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

We called for an estimate and the owner, Charles, came out and talked with us. Once he looked the job over, he went over the options with us. He did not try to pressure us into buying a unit that we did not need. From that we made our choice. Once he left, we talked it over and felt that his was the company that we wanted to go with. We called and set up a day for his company to come. Charles told us that it would take most of the day so we were prepared for that time frame. The company called the day before to remind us that they were coming and the time that they would be there. The installers arrived on time and worked very hard to install our system. They were very well mannered and efficient in their work. They stayed until we were happy with their work and cleaned up everything before leaving, including the old unit. I might add that the temperature was 96 degrees with high humidity but they worked hard, didn't take a break except for lunch and never complained about the heat. We cannot say enough good about their work, mannerisms and such. We would use them again and highly recommend them to others looking to have this type of work done.

Chase Air was extremely responsive and professional. They fit me in during an extremely busy holiday week. The young man who came to my home was extremely courteous, thorough and efficient. In addition to the services described above he also cleaned out some rust build-up in the unit. He took the time to explain what I needed to do in the future to avoid a recurrence of the problem. I would definitely use Chase Air again.

I called them on Thursday, and they were here the next day. They were very professional, and even put on booties so they didn't track anything in the house. Everything was explained to me before they did it. When they included my 2 thermostat installs in the typical service call price, I knew I had picked the right company. Chase Air is very honest, punctual, professional, and most importantly, they don't gouge you on price. I would recommend this company to anybody needing HVAC services.

It was A+. They stuck to the job, it took longer than they anticipated, they stayed until they finished it. They were very professional. The did what they said they would do.
