Turned out to be a false alarm. We couldn't reproduce the failure of earlier in the week. The service man came at his promised time. He explained his procedure. The phone contact to arrange the service call was excellent as well as cheerful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Charlie's Appliances and will use them again, should the need arise.

They're fast and have prompt service. Scheduling was good and they were able to come out the same day that I called.

He's done work for me in the past he's a small independent. His price was a little high. I don't know if I would use them again.
