called for someone to come fix our washer from banging on the spin cycle. Got his voice-mail, let a message. He called back but didn't even want to look at it. My husband and I got the parts and fixed it ourselves. Saved whatever we would have paid him for jacked up prices on the parts and services.

This is the guy to call!!! He immediately knew what the problem was (algae had stopped up a drain) and quickly fixed it. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, can't say enough good things about him.

It was fine. The appointment was scheduled promptly. He was on time, knew what to do, and had it done in ten minutes. The part cost less than $4, but the charge was $170. I thought that was excessive.

I called Charlie at noon (after Sears stood me up). He told me he could be here between 1 and 5;00. He arrived at 2:15. He was friendly, professional, and fast. He fixed the dryer and I would absolutely recommend him! I will use him again.

It went very well. Charlie diagnosed the problem, ordered and part and came back to install the part within 4 days (weekend included). It is so great to have our oven working again!! Very pleased with Charlie and his service.

The professionalism and responsiveness of Charlie's Appliance is fantastic. I asked about the fixing the gasket, and they got back to me to let me know they didn't work on Bosch washing machines. Their response was nice and refreshing. I am still waiting to hear back from other companies. I will definitely check with Charlie's Appliance next time I need something done.

Based on prior reviews, I decided to call Charlie's Appliance. I called late one afternoon and he called back the next morning and set the appointment for the same day. Charlie arrived on time. After only a few minutes, he diagnosed the problem. He installed a new pump and belt and tested it in less than 30 minutes.

Foreign object removed from pump and problem resolved. Great experience.

Charlie provided excellent service. Took his time to examine the dryer and determined that it was not financially beneficial for us to fix the dryer especially since it was pretty outdated. He was very honest with me and I will definitely call again if I have any other issue with my appliances. Thanks Charlie!

I found Charlie to be very unprofessional and sloppy in his work. When he was working in my freezer, he kept putting his tools down on the frozen food stored there. I have found several pieces of wiring that were dropped and left in the freezer. When he twice needed something to catch water drips he rifled through the clean dishes in the dish-drain instead of asking for something. He tried several different things to try and fix the ice-maker but it was clear that he had no idea what was wrong. He ultimately was unable to fix it. I have no problem with the fact that he was unable to fix the ice-maker. I do have a problem with his arrogance and his unprofessional attitude.

When I read reviews that Charlie comes out same day I gave him a call. He indeed called me back and said he could be out in 20-25 minutes! He showed up in the allotted time and determined the cause of the problem. After about 30 minutes, the new defrost timer was installed and our freezer and fridge were back to working order. Would definitely call again for future appliance repair needs!

charlie came within 30 mins of my call on a monday afternoon. Said problem was one of two things, it turned out to be the less expensive one. repair was quick and clean. Happy I called this company. He is a local business, knows his appliance repair.

Not great- he didn't introduce himself, came in and was very rushed and pulled out my stove before I could stop him and scratched the floors. He didn't do any work bc I declined the claim. Also two hours late.

He listen to me, then went to work and kind of knew what might be the problem.

Simple fix. Had I know I would have taken care of it. Little pricey for those amount of time spent but at least it was simple and my fridge worked afterwards.
