Bug PRO Florida

Our yard looked terrible when we hired them even though we have had other companies sray our yard. Never have we had an operator come out each time to figure out what needed to be done besides just spraying. This company really cares about the job they do. The last company I left messages with the owner for 2 weeks without a call back and then get a call about 4 weeks later after I hired Bug Pro to replace them. With the company we used before the last one you could see lines in the yard where the operator had walked and sprayed and weeds in between. Our yard has not looked this good in several years even though we were having other companies spray the yard. We are so glad we found Bug Pro. We ae moving to another house and will definitely hire Bug Pro to take care nof our lawn there.

Both my wife and I were traveling at the time, but my Father went in our absence. He was most impress with the profession and service provided by the young lady who did the work. She was very thorough and told my father what she was doing along the way and why she was doing it. Since we are from Virginia, none of are familiar with the type of bugs found in this part. However, ask us about the Stinkbugs found in the Blue Ridge Mountains and we can give you an earful. Bottom line, my father was not only impress by the service but got a good education as well. We will be using this Company again.

Very knowledgable salesperson and not pushy. Explained in detail the pest control plan and lawn fertilization program. We went with both services and are very satisfied. These guys really know what they are doing and do not rush on the job.

It goes terrific. They do everything they say they will. They call me before hand. They are responsible and they talk with me. He is always asking me questions, wanting to know if I know of any other problems or if there is anything he needs to know. He is cooperative and polite and efficient. He does a wonderful job and my grass never looked better.

These ants are especially hard to get rid of because they just appear out of nowhere, just like ghosts. The best part about the products they use is that they do not have any odor and do not harm pets. I have asthma so I have to be very careful about anything with an odor. Bryce is very efficient and a true gentleman. He explained what he was doing as he went along and what might happen after he left, like seeing some of the critters as they try to get away from where he put the powder and spray. I really appreciate that. He even made friends with our dog Roxie, a miniature poodle, by throwing her favorite toy, which she absolutely loved. Heather, their gal in the office, is a doll. She is so personable over the phone and so polite. I would love to meet her some day. I would highly recommend Bryce and this company to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly company to come into their home or business to get rid of their bug pests. I pay monthly for quarterly service with 2 free visits should any of the pests return before the next scheduled visit.

The technician was prompt, friendly and efficient and explained everything he was going to do. My husband had several questions about the best way to prevent a termite infestation, and he got all the information he needed. We were so pleased that we will sign an annual agreement with this company.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They spent about an hour and a half on the work. The service technician was very courteous. It turned just fine and everything worked just as planned!

I have a problem with ants in the kitchen eating the cats food. After he sprayed I had no ants for 4 weeks. After that they returned. I called them back and they sent the technician back out. He told me the ants were under the house and that was not covered. I spent $160 (they say it was a $200 treatment, a Angie's list special) and got the same results I get when I spray a $6 can of Raid.

I was very happy with the guy who came to do the work. They seemed to have done a good job, and they took their time to do what they were supposed to do. I was very happy with that, and I don't have any pest problems.

I purchased a coupon on Angie's List for this service and plan to get a yearly contract with this company in the near future. Dan, the service person, was very professional and personable.

The date is probably wrong because I don't remember the last time I spoke to the provider. The few times that I did speak with her representatives at the company, they were great.

Loved the sales person. No hard pressure sale. Very educated on the weeds, pests, and processes to rid the lawn. Explained the cost thoroughly, and provided honest pros or cons of their services vs. their biggest competitor. Took the time to run comparisons numbers for me, and did not push me for a decision. In the end, I decided BugPro is likely the provider that would get the best results for competitive pricing. When the treatment guy came out, he walked the yard with me (again), answered all my questions, and explained the components of the mixture he was concocting for my lawn. He did two complete, separate processes, and cheerfully went back to cover a small area that he had inadvertently missed. I am just beginning with this new service, but am hopeful that my lawn is much better next season.

Checked everything and was courteous. No bugs since treatment.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were very good. I didn't spend any additional money. They did a good job and they were worth every bit that I spent.

Awesome company with FANTASTIC service. I could not be more pleased. I will not use anyone else now. Other companies should take lessons from them on customer service, professionalism and doing a thorough job. I truly cannot say enough good things about BugPro! Such a refreshing change!

The service went very well. The office personnel were personable, professional and helpful. The technicians came on time, did a thorough job and really knew their trade. We learned a lot just by talking with them. We will continue to use their services.

They completed both applications of service on schedule. We had no problems after the treatments were completed. I have not chosen my long term provider for this service at this address but will include bug pro in the mix.

The technician was shown the problem area in the kitchen and he said that my tenants had German roaches. He explained that to get rid of them usually requires multiple treatments and he did try to sell me a regular treatment plan. However, my tenants are responsible for their own pest control, so I told him I only wanted the one-time treatment. He understood and treated the problem areas the best he could.

Very professional and punctual service. He explained how it will be applied and said that the 2nd application will be a month after first one. Grass is growing well and looking healthy - much better than it looked before.There were some bald areas before which still look uneven and thinner than rest of the grass, but those spots are slowly filling up. Although I still see some weeds, overall much improved than before.

Bobby and Neil showed up on time and worked for 2 hours! They treated windows, set bait under all the sinks, inspected the perimeters, treated the outside of the home, knocked down tons of ugly bug stuff and even foamed up underneath an exterior wall where ants were living. They were courteous and thorough and even called 3 days later to see if I had seen any more ants. I will definitely use them again!

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Bryce and Neil. Bryce in particular was so thorough, attentive to any particular concerns I had prior to his arrival, and very clear in answering my questions. I believe my home was thoroughly serviced in a "state of the art" manner, and found them so pleasant to work with, committed to delivering a quality product. Terrific job.

They are excellent. Overall with just their first treatment I was very surprised with the effectiveness of their treatment. I really had a very serious weed problem and they said that it would take about two weeks from the first treatment for me to start seeing positive effects of it . But literally inside one week I think it was pretty much under control. Just from one treatment I was just blown away. It takes a while to be able to judge, you have to go through one season to see really how things work in the long run. But in the short run I have been really pleased with what they have done. They are very professional in coming out and the whole nine yards.
