They come twice a year. They do the interior and exterior. They do good as far as I am concerned. You know florida, you have to have bug people. I am really happy with them.

The lawn guy says the lawn never looked as good as it does today, they are very responsive, punctual, professional. They keep me informed as to when I can let my dogs on the lawn after they treat.

Went well and when I had questions they were very responsive to my needs. They returned and performed another treatment and the Tech. stayed and answered every question and explained what they provide and what I need to do to be pro active to keep my house pest free.

We have had zero issues. All questions and concerns answered and addressed as part of the prepaid services. Will convert our Termite services to them when the prepaid new home service comes up for renewal.

It turned out very well. In the analysis they were very thorough about pointing out stuff and even bug areas up in our attic and this is a new house we're getting to move into. So, they analyzed the few bugs they found there and what treatment they needed and they took care of it and we haven't had any problem since.

It went quite well. The guy came over in a nice truck with a clean, professional uniform, had all the equipment, and explained everything he was doing. He explained what the service covered, what it would do and what it wouldn't do; he was a very knowledgeable technician and knew everything about his product. He stated that if we had any problems, it included unlimited service calls with no extra charge. The price was reasonable, you got value for the money-I don't have bug problems! I ended up signing a contract for a year. The professionalism of the technician stood out to me the most. He went through the interior of the house and put the stuff down without making a mess or a bad smell. He let us know that a few days later we would find a few dead ones, and he explained that the best way to clean them up was to flush them down the toilet, rather than putting them in the trash where any eggs may be hatching in the carcass.

They did a great job. The service person was here for two hours, treated everything, and explained a lot as he worked.

I started the quarterly protection plan and the home was sprayed. I also inquired about different termite protection options and had them explained in detail. Very professional.

Good but had to have them come out a second time just three weeks later when I saw live roaches again.

They were prompt and courteous arriving when promised and completing services as expected. We called about two weeks later about a reoccurrence of pests and they came back at no additional charge to reapply

The service went well. They were very good, I was very impressed with them, which is why I went for the termite control with them. I have an ant problem that has been partially resolved but not completely resolved. They can resolve the ant problem.
