The representative was very professional and explained, in detail, of what was done. He was excellent and a pleasure to work with.

Very professional group. Always on time, text to remind me when treatment is due. Since they've started treatment I've seen a marked decrease in the number of wasps around (no new nests) and all the spiders are back in the yard where they belong, not in the house!

When I called for service, Heather answered and was very pleasant and responsive. When I told her that I saw a bug in my house, she was able to find a technician to come out the next day, which I really appreciated. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and kind. He examined the house for bugs, explained things to me and then treated the house. When he was done, he made some suggestions to keep critters out of the house (like cut shrubs away from house). They even gave a little gift basket to me as a new customer which was a really nice touch. I signed up for quarterly service and love the fact that I can call them up to two times in between treatments and they will come out if I see any sign of bugs. Very good impression and am very pleased with this company.

I assume it went well. I haven't seen a lot of roaches, but I wasn't there when they did the work.

Our Service man was informative, Seem to take his time and knew what he was looking for and doing. Price to other local companies about the same. I see Bug Pro in our community a lot so when I saw it with its great rating on Angieslist I went for it.

They sprayed inside of the house. The service was fine.

Technician was punctual, courteous, and patient with questions. Called to let me know he would be 5 minutes late, which I greatly appreciated. I had a scheduling issue (had to leave town), called on Friday to schedule and they were able to work me into the schedule on Monday morning. Great service all around. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Purchased the "$99 for a preventive interior and perimeter pest treatment". They were able to schedule us for same day service. Very pleased with the customer service. The technician treated the inside & removed a wasp nest from the outside. Would absolutely use again.

I've never had a bug lawn and home service take such pride in the service and results they provide. I am thrilled with the results, my lawn is now the thickest and deep green.

They had to come out twice. Ants have somewhat subsided but still have silverfish, cockroaches, etc. the personnel were very professional and pleasant to deal with.

The rep came on time and sprayed the exterior of the house. When I showed him a trail of carpenter ants he recommended a special service for that. He then walked around and sprayed the entire yard for carpenter ants. He found a nest in a wooded area of the yard and gave that area and extra dose. All went well.
