Their service person was punctual, professional and did the job well. He did such a thorough job that when he presented the final bill and mentioned (and I mean mentioned - no pressure to sign) that they had an annual plan with service every 3 months for $75, I said "Sign me up!" Very reasonable & I liked their service!

Even though they came and sprayed, we still had ants the next week. I wasn't there so I didn't see them.

BugPro came out to do interior and exterior pest control service on my home. He was punctual and treated my home and said if I had problems in two weeks that they would come again for no charge. I signed up for quarterly pest control service with them. I thought they did a great job and bugs are gone.

I called the morning of 12/15 and talked to them about our flea problem. They came out that same day and sprayed. The office staff and man who came out to spray were great.

Logan was very professional and thorough as he explained what he was doing. He went behind outlet covers and applied bug repellent. I was very pleased with the service.

The provider was punctual and extremely professional. He passed on information about the sprays used and how to help keep pests at bay. I would have no issues using this provider again.

Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable, shared some tips for problem areas along with the treatment, saw reduction in pests after service

The handyman reported that the extermination was not done very well in 2014 but I live 3000 miles away so I don't know. The tenants never complained of an issue but they had more than 3 dogs.

Dan arrived at exactly the scheduled time. He was informative, friendly and his work was effective. This was a professional service and we were very pleased.

The gentlemen was on time and very professional. He answered my questions honestly, and did a great job of letting me know what services the company provides without any pushy sales tactics. Being a new home owner I even asked about the often pricey termite treatment and he provided all the details but said he didn't see any signs during his visit. The service was great! Sandy explained what she was doing and why. She put the treatment in places I didn't even consider. The next day the floor was littered with carcasses. Take that all you bugs!! She even went around the outside of the house and knocked down spider nests on the patio, eaves, and porch. That's some CSI flashlight she uses, too.

WOW! What a difference from Bug Out. They would come and spray and within a week I would see more bugs, so they would come out again and in three days...bugs. I finally had enough and called Bug Away. Their technician showed up and was here for about an hour and a half. He sprayed inside and outside and gave me some recommendations (cut the shrubbery away from the house, which we already has scheduled). The best part of their service was that I have not seen any bugs since!!! They are going to take over the yard service and termite service as well. Bug Out put little traps around the house and checked them every quarter. My guess is if they found any, it would be too late. Bug Away actually comes out and drills holes (yes, even in the concrete) put treatment under and around the house for PREVENTION! What a concept. They do fill the holes back in by the way. It's a bit pricey to get started, but their annual fee is reasonable. I think of it as "insurance".

Mark arrived promptly and was extremely friendly and professional. He found no evidence of the problem I had called about, but gave me a reasonable estimate, anyway. I already have regular pest control service through my HOA, but I called Bug Pro because no one called me back after I called twice to schedule service with my regular provider. I may consider changing. I was very impressed!

The technician said he would come back if the ants came back. The ants did come back, and so did the tech. Haven't seen any ants since.
