Description of Work: Pest elimination. They are very responsive. When I have an issue or see a unwanted bug, ant or critter, I call and they come right out. Everyone from the person who answers the phone to the actual service people are patient, and explain each step and process. They are great at being a partner and provider of pest elimination.

 + -1 moreIf I see a bug in between service visits, they will come right out and take care of it at no charge. There aren't any bugs in my house, so it is worth it. They take down any spider webs and clean up as well. I recommend their services.

Description of Work: I love this service! They have excellent customer service!!! We use them for pest and termite control. We also had an issue with fleas in the yard and inside and they came multiple times to spray with no questions asked, and no extra charges, just great customer service. The service people are very nice and personable. I would highly recommend them!

I received a notice that the service was expiring and an offer to have someone come over to discuss options for transferring the service. I called, the representative called back the same day, and we met the following day. He explained the system, and other services that were available should I have the need. I had the service transferred and I've been happy with it. Would definitely recommend.
Description of Work: The service is to check and fill the system with Sentricon on a monthly basis.

They came back three weeks later and did it again without us calling them. The just called and said that they were going to come back and re-inspect the house which was good.

 + 0 moreThey don't have to come inside to spray, so I don't have to be home for them to come out. We have been using them for over ten years. The come out every other month to spray and they fertilize our lawn every three months. We have never had any complaints or problems with them.
Description of Work: They sprayed the outside our 2500 square foot home and also fertilized our lawn to prevent any future pests. They spray once every other month as part of our service agreement. We have never had a pest problem so they are not spraying for anything in particular but more as a preventative measure from any future pests.
