Bug Out Service - Blanding

this company is not worth the hassle. Weeds still grew and bugs (outside of home) still present. Never on time! Never polite! Never answer questions.

For that particular service they are an "A" overall. Well it's the same price everyone else charges. For this particular service I would use them in the future.

We have a monthly service. What they do is, if you have a problem in the house, we have two people allergic in the house. Like if there is a wasp nest outside. They make it a high priority because they would have to go to the hospital. So, they fit us in because it is dangerous for two of our people. I know some people say they have it but we really do have it. If I don't like you, I get rid of you. But they are incredible.

They are very professional. They show up within the window of time they promise. I dont appreciate the automated call the day before the service. it it's not the same person every time. I requested my treatments to be scheduled on Saturdays and they still schedule whenever. no personal service.

The pest control and the termite technicians inspected the house and external perimeter, explained what they found, and treated the area. I called the pest control technician to come back twice to completely rid the house of insects, I.e., ants, silverfish, primarily. The technician responded quickly and tracked down the trouble area. Now, no bugs! I applaud his tenacity, friendliness and professionalism. The lawn service is prompt, but I sometimes have to point out problem areas. I would think the technician would make a point of ensuring treatment of all lawn problems without my follow-up.

Had wasps coming in my attic from not being sealed and they were making themselves right at home. Sealed all my open spots around entire house, removed nest and did a dusting in the attic to kill them. Have not had a problem since and I have noticed there is less wasp flying around my house now that they have no where to go.

BugOut comes to my house monthly for pest, termite, & lawn work as well as 3 times each year to check our irrigation system. We have always been very happy with their work. We had tried numerous companies prior to BugOut and when we switched we not only saved a lot of money, but our lawn has never looked so good.

They are a little expensive. Scheduling an appointment is fine. So far, so good and they are holding up their end of the bargain.

There are excellent! They are easy to work with. They are not disruptive. Their price and value is good.

They dumped a lot of the fertilizer in one location and it caused the grass to die. They were very cordial towards the situation but we will not using them for that service.

They have been excellent! They come as soon as I call them. They are punctual and the work they do is great.

They manage the pests very well and do a great job. Scheduling an appointment is fine.

We are happy with them. They do not try to over sell any unnecessary services. I have no problems with scheduling an appointment.

It was fine. They are efficient and quick. I've had them for years. They come every 3 months.

They have always been responsive and punctual. Any pest issues have been treated the next day. So far they have always been able to work around my schedule.

They are excellent. When we had other pests in the house, they came out with no problem the next day to spray additional non-toxic chemicals. The last time that they came out was about three weeks ago. We have a newborn at home and they use all non-toxic chemicals which is great. The price that we pay quarterly includes the free anytime house calls. They are just very professional and on time. Their prices are comparable to other people on their field.

The lawn was great and there were no problems with that, but the bug service was not good. I saw more bugs in the house than I normally have. I also saw a lot more cobwebs hanging from outside after they left. I also had to call back a few times to spray again.

I've had numerous lawn spraying companies. this company is just as good as all of them and for a considerably lessor price!

We had to sign a contract and thought it was a very reasonable. We were told that all weeds and insects would be removed and maintained in the front yard (1/2 acre) and that we would see no pest in our house with the interior service. Long story short, the yard was rarely sprayed and one time the driver DID not get out of his truck. Our neighbor witnessed it. After we complained about the weeds we were THEN told the main weed problem we had was not covered in the contract and would be a separate cost. We continually saw various pests in our home. After many calls and a lot of frustration, a manger finally let us out of our contract. We use another local company and we are now much happier. You get what u pay for I guess.

Great, they come out between visits if there is a problem with bugs.

They provide good service. They are responsive if re-treatment is needed. They give advice to prevent any damage.

The workers are very professional and courteous. They seem to be pretty competitive with their pricing as well.
