Description of Work: He returned our message for a free estimate which they said they would provide at home and patio show 5 days later. Once he found out where we lived he stated they do not service the 32208 or 32206 zip code. When my Husband asked why they do not service 32208 or 32206, it was clear that he was not used to a direct question and was unsure how to respond. He mumbled and did not give a clear answer. He provided the name and number of another company that he recommended. However, it could not be found on Angie's List. I called back and left a message which was returned w/in 5-10 minutes. I was given the name and number again. I asked if it was a company and was told "yes the owner uses his name". I asked why he did not work in the 08 and 06 zip code and he again searched for an answer and talked in circles. I then said " so it's the socio/economic makeup that you don't like". After saying yes, he caught himself and said they don't work on older homes. I then asked if all he did was new homes and he again talked in circles. This company has what appears to be unfair business practices, and seems to be untruthful and recommended a "company" which I cannot locate any independent info. on. This is the first company that I have dealt with which appears to choose not to work in 2 zip codes based on socio/economic make up. ( he did say yes to this point). There are older homes in the surrounding zip codes. I find it hard to believe that a company would turn down work based on the age of a home. Perhaps they are not adept at roofing older homes. There are also newer homes in the 06 and 08 zip code but due to their location and from his statement re: zip code, he will not work on those newer homes. It should be noted that he never asked the age of our home, he immediately said he did not work in our area once he found out we live in the 08 zip code. I wonder why they did not specify this in public at the home and patio show. I am curious if the city and/or licensing board would consider this unfair business practice. .

Description of Work: Roof and installed three suntubes

Description of Work: I had a small leak in my roof over the garage, but due to my negligence in not taking care of it in the early stage. The ceiling in my garage started to sag also. They came out when they said gave me an estimate and it was for both inside and out...all the other estimates were about the same but only for the leak in the roof, I was going to have to get someone else to fix my garage ceiling. They did a great job.
