Benton Integrity Roofing Systems

The sales person arrived when promised with a satellite photo of the house and did a complete physical review before we discussed anything - He made his recommendations and I asked many questions (as i had been researching this for a while) and he answered all questions completely and best I could tell honestly - The satellite photo really paid off as we were able to specify where we wanted the vents placed (Our roof design does not have any long ridges so the side vents are a must). We agreed on a start date. They showed up on time. were very professional in their approach to the job - remove all the old roofing tiles and under layment. re-nailed the wood to meet FL building codes and then recovered the roof along with replacing all flashing (Normally they only do chimney and other that looks bad - but we asked for all flashing to be replaced). When done they cleaned up the whole area picking up all trash and nails (yes they used a magnet). They also covered our bushes while doing the work. Now that they are done all looks right but have not had a heavy rain so ... As part of the agreement they paid to have a roof inspection that I can submit to my insurance company in hopes of getting a little relief in the cost of my home owners insurance. Though they offered many options on materials we opted for GAF products. They also provided us a list of homes they had worked on using the product line we wanted and we did go and look at them. Though to be honest not being a roofer hard to tell if there were issues - this did however give us a chance to look at colors and trims so we could make an intelligent choice - the little samples are very misleading. Lastly just a note - the initial quote had three options each with a higher grade of materials. I found this a good approach - as they had no idea of my financial position so they provided options in case i was plush with cash or tight on cash.

Well it took some time for the roof to show evidence of leaking in the same spots again, (due to the lack of rain until recently we have had in this area) I started to notice spots on the ceiling again in the garage, and again on the wall in my bonus room, so I called to get them to come out to rectify the situation, after sending three emails, and two messages, I never heard from anyone finally I called and talked with Joy she said that Dave the original estimator had left the company (goes to show why I never got an answer on the email) and she said that they have been extremely busy and are not taking on any more repair jobs, I said that she did not understand that this job was done last year and it was under warranty, she said Ok she would have to talk to John about it when he got back in town the following week, and she would call me back, well that was almost a week and a half ago, and I have still not had anyone come out to take a look. I did talk to Joy again, she was very apologetic, and she explained that John had my file but unfortunately they are extremely short staffed and he has been doing all of the repair work himself. I am really hoping that this gets resolved properly as I paid (financed) this repair and I am still in the process of paying it off. I am consider myself very patient but it is frustrating to know that in bad financial times I have thrown $3000 to a roof repair which is still leaking.

After selecting Integrity Roofing Systems to perform our re-roof, and providing a 20% deposit, it took 3 1/2 weeks for the work to begin. Granted, this has been an especially stormy season, where apparently many other homeowners found a need for a new roof. Bottom line, the work was done to our satisfaction, and the clean-up was as promised. My only complaint would be the inability for our salesman (or anyone else) to provide an approximate starting date for our job. After all the horror stories and warnings about roofers, it was worrisome to have paid a substantial amount of money down and then have little response to calls requesting a start date for our project.

They were excellent. They sent out a small crew and only took them three days. They did a complete cleanup. My roof looks great. They even painted underneath of the overhang for no additional charge.They were very professional and were very knowledgeable about the different tiles they used.

What a superb company. One of 4 contractors we found on Angie's List and also rated with an and quot;Aand quot; with Northeast Florida Better Business Bureau. I called their office and spoke with Joy to get a free estimate. That same day, she emailed us a packet of info on their company which included licensing info and referrals. A few days later we were contacted by John who scheduled the estimate with us. John listened intently to what our roofing needs were and carefully crafted an estimate that included quality products. In less than one week (ahead of what we expected ), supplies were delivered, his crew appeared and completed 1/2 to 2/3 of the job on the first day. My husband whose background is construction was quite pleased with the quality of the work; so even though the work got done quickly....everything got done efficiently!!!!! The Integrity Roofing team worked well together, was very courteous and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after each work day. Their Foreman Jamie carefully orchestrated work with great precision and it was impressive to both my husband and I (retired military members) how well everything was executed. We both highly recommend Integrity Roofing Systems because we felt we got good value and quality for the money and felt heard and respected by John, Jamie and their roofing crew! Oh and by the way, our roof looks absolutely fantastic! Additionally, John arranged a wind mitigation inspection to be done in the near future which will be submitted to our insurance company for consideration. What a great experience!

He was professional. He looked at the roof and let me know that I didn't have a lot of serious damage. I am going to use them to fix the roof.

After my call for an estimate it took 2 days to receive an email saying that someone would be calling within 3-4 days. By the second day i had 3 other estimates.

It took two days for a reply for my request for an estimate. They asked me for a phone number, which they should have had in the contact info sent from Angie's List. I was told "Daniel" would contact me. That took another 2 days. He left a message, which I returned and he did not answer so I left a message. It took 2 more days for him to call back. I told him my repair was already completed.

They were very professional. They gave a nice proposal. They came in with the best bid. They told us in detail that what kind of material they are going to put in. I really liked them. There was nothing that I really didn't like about them. I liked everything about the company. They did a quality job. Their responsibility was excellent. They said they were going to be here and they were here. I would surely recommend them to anybody and If necessary, I would use them again in the future too.

We received several estimates on purchasing a new roof. Ken was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were planning our wedding at the time and scheduled them to come out and put the roof on while we were on our honeymoon. We returned with a new roof and everything was immaculate. The roof looks great and the prices was comparable to the others we received. I have a rental property that needs a roof this year and we will definitely go with Integrity. We were hit by an unexpected rain squal during the work and the company immediately fixed the wtaer stain damage to the interior celing without any hassle. The quality of work was exceptional and the special attendion paid by the onsite foreman was noteworthy

I have a beautiful roof now. Their follow through was fantastic. They responded immediately to when I just called them to inquire about them coming out to look at the roof. The following day I got an email acknowledgement and thank you from Joy. A few days later there was typed letter in my mail box to tell me the initial inspection had been performed by my service technician who is Daniel P. and that he would be calling me to follow up. He called later that evening and made arrangements to come a few days later. I was impressed more by Integrity than another company and their bid was quite a bit less even though they ended up doing more work than was initially quoted, so I did end up paying a little bit more. What really impressed me is that Daniel got to the house long before I did so he patiently waited in the living room and chatted with my children. Any time I've called him he's been there to answer my questions very patiently, they are very thorough and as soon as he found out the type of shingle I picked out was no longer available he was right there showing me something that was very similar but made by another company. Anytime I called him he called me right back, he explained all my questions as to why the roof was put on improperly the first time and now I have a beautiful roof that ought to last me 30 years. They were fair with the price, I expected it to be more than it was.

Integrity was highly professional throughout the entire process, from the estimate, shingle selection, permitting, to letting us know of a week's delay due to slow shipping of shingles. Most importantly, the crew was very hardworking, quite knowledgeable, very careful with tearing off the old roof and putting on the new. They worked about 11 hour days for 6 days. They worked hard to clean up the area at the end of each day. My only negative was some minor damage to some landscaping and paint scratching of gutters and trim but the job was so massive and difficult that these minor complaints are just that: minor. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. But if the roof leaks I'll be back here to report!

Job was never started because the company couldn't even give me a quote on the job in a timely mannor.

The contractor did not repond to the emails I sent through Angie's list. When I called, I was told they did not receive the emails and would check their connection to the Angie's list sight. We scheduled an appointment by phone. The contractor arrived on time and started to inspect the roof. It started to rain so we rescheduled. We had 3 previous estimates, and selected one of those. We emailed to cancel the rescheduled appointment.

It took longer time and more extensive repairs then thought during the inspection of the roof. This required a couple of additional days and some extra supplies, however they left the price at the originally quoted price. Very easy to get in touch with for payment and even got a thank you card in mail few days later! Very professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others!

They did a really good job. Their price was slightly higher; they weren’t the highest bid or the lowest bid. They were very professional. After they did our roof, I found only two roofing nails in our yard ever. They were very good about cleaning up after themselves. They had a magnet on a cart that they wheeled over the entire space. Overall it went very well. We had a project manager who came out and gave us a quote. He described the services to us. They had a team of at least four men who did the work. They were done within two or three days.

I think they did a very good job. They were very professional, their sales person was very knowledgeable, and their crew did a great job cleaning up. Everything after that was very good, so I was very satisfied with their work.

They were very friendly, very cordial, and very professional. They were thorough and gave us plenty of options. I will be using them soon.

I called this company when my 33 year old roof developed a leak that was visible from my ceiling. The staff member was very knowledgeable and articulate. He helped my spouse and I to come up with a roofing plan to meet our needs and budget. He continued to supervise the project to its conclusion. He intially met with us on Monday August 9th and by the early afternoon of the 13th the project was completed. The crew was hard working and were good about clean-up. The sun tunnels are amazing and the roof is beautiful.

We noticed a stain in a hallway ceiling and went into our attic to try and locate a leak site. However, we could not identify any "wet" spots or where leak might be coming from so we went to Angie's List for help. We read the reviews for Integrity Roofing Systems and one other recommended company, and called both. Integrity responded right away, was very professional in scheduling a visit, and a specialist (Zach) came out to identify cause and provide estimate. We liked his professionalism and the estimate sounded reasonable so we asked for a scheduling for repair. We received a formal proposal via email right away, and called to schedule for the repair work for a few days later. Zach returned, repaired the area, checked the rest of the roof for any other possible problems (none were found), and helped remove some debris from two hard to reach gutters. What we particularly liked was the photos he showed us of the "before" and "after" his repair work as it was hard to see from the ground. In addition, three days after the work, we received a thank you note for "allowing us to serve you" from Integrity's President - very nice touch.....when do you see that anymore! So all in all we were very satisfied with our experience with Integrity Roofing. If there was any downside to this experience, it was that we were not informed there was a minimum charge when we first called, but that in no way should deter anyone from using Integrity, and we definitely recommend using their services. Incidentally, while the second company did call to see what the job was, we have yet to get a call back to schedule......so, all the more reason to go with Integrity. Much more professional and responsive!

We needed replacement of our original roof. They were in the middle of three estimates and offered a higher quality product. James, the project manager, was very courteous and helpful to help us choose the best color and style for our house. Due to their high rating on this list, there was a 3 - 4 week delay for the week. It was definitely worth the wait! It was also very helpful that he provided us with addresses of local houses who had the same roof we were choosing, so we could see how ours would look. The roof looks amazing!! We love it!!!

It went very well. On-site supervisor was helpful, work was done in one day. The building inspector seemed impressed with how much they were doing to seal around the chimney, skylights, etc. I knew there was rotted wood that would require repair work beyond the base contract price, the amount depending on how much they found, and it turned out to be only $135 including materials. They were the right choice.

They were amazing! From the experience that we've had with roofers in the past few yaers, it was a nice suprise that they were on time and through. The workers were sweet and coruteous. They did a good job cleaning up. They came out the day after the job and a month later to follow up with the work they've done. They are fantastic and we would highly recommend them!
