The roof looks nice and I haven't experienced any leaks so far. They were very courteous and very through. The manager on the project did a good job explaining what they were going to do as well as what type of materials they were going to use. I would recommend them to anyone.

They came out early in the morning; they came out even before we were awake. They loaded the shingles on the roof. They did the work, very quickly. They cleaned up really well, once the job was done. We were really impressed that they waited out until they saw the lights come on in our house.

Owner Ken Stout is very friendly and courteous on the phone, as is Geneva, his assistant. He sent an estimate right away by e-mail, with full detail. He also phoned to report his findings after the roof inspection. Answered all my questions thoroughly. Investigated a shingle color and type that I had seen online, to see if it was available in Florida -- it wasn't. Estimate was lower than the other by about $350. Mr. Stout has his own crew and I was impressed to find that they could do the entire job in one day, including tearing off the old roof, replacing rotted wood, laying new roof, and clean-up. In Florida this is important, to minimize interruptions by rain, wind, etc. It is also more safe and convenient for occupants.

I couldn't be happier, and I'm pretty particular! I did a lot of research before deciding on Integrity (interviewed 4 other companies) The presentation I received from Ken Stout concerning the scope of work was very detailed. The crew arrived on time and started to work immediately. The president of the company even showed up with them so I could meet him (How nice is that!). They tore off the old roof, replaced any plywood that was needed and started installing the new shingles. The crew was extremely hard working, polite and very careful not to "mess up" anything. Ken stopped by during the day just to check in, which I thought was great! The roof was completed in a day. The crew cleaned up very thoroughly and checked twice for any nails. Something they also did that other companies I talked to don't do is install GAF weather watch in the valleys along with galvanized metal. That's added protection in my book! I can't thank Integrity enough for making what I thought would be a "process" a pleasant experience. These guys go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I would definitely recommend them to others...as a matter of fact, I recommended them to 2 of my neighbors. Thanks Integrity....I LOVE my new roof and skylights!!!!!

Integrity Roofing Systems proposal was the middle of three bids, and was the most thorough of the three. The president prepared and presented the bid personally. His crew was punctual, neat and professional. They completed the work on time, as scheduled and, from all indications, did an excellent job. I would use them again, and highly recommend them.

A picture says a thousand words. We are submitting pictures of our brand new roof - completed by Integrity Roofing in September. They call it "deck deflection". We, and other roofing companies, call it shoddy workmanship. There is no way that a new roof should show every line of rafters in a house! No other house in our neighborhood looks like this (we live in Sawgrass) and this is a very well-built house. Our 30 year-old roof had NO lines whatsoever (we also have pictures of the old roof). We have spoken with many professional licensed roofers and the consensus is that they needed to replace old plywood AND THEY DID NOT. They simply ripped off the old roof and put down a new one right over wood that should have been replaced. Guess how many plywood sheets they replaced on our roof? Three....and that was only where they needed to because they had to install new vents. There was ZERO communication while the job was being done - and our experts agree that this should have been handled DURING the roofing process, so as to avoid this problem. We have had several estimates ranging from $4800 to $6000 to fix this terrible job (and that is just in the front of our house - it would be another 12K-15K to do the entire house again). The only positive thing we can say is that they are super-polite. However, they claim to want to "work with us" through this issue, but then say that all houses have this problem and that we need to have our entire house re-engineered in order to fix it. Hmmm - sounds a bit drastic, doesn't it? How about simply doing the job correctly? Once we paid (our mistake), we have not heard one word. We tried calling, email, but now that they have our money, that's what really matters. We don't plan on hearing from them ever again. BUYER BEWARE. The best we can do is warn others of our problem. Please feel free to contact us and we'd be happy to give you our address so you can come see this roofing job for yourself. We're sure that Integrity Roofing won't be giving our address as a reference. There are plenty of other roofing companies out there - no one needs this headache!

The roof was completed as promised. Afterwards, my tenants complained that they had picked up some of the roofing nails in their tires, so Integrity came back for a 2nd time with the magnetic roller to sweep the area for nails. The final price was dependent upon placing wooden roof rot that could not be exactly estimated, but they treated me fairly. Overall, a very positive and smooth experience.

They came in with one of the lowest estimates. They were very patient with my questions. The price was very good. They were very easy to talk to and approach. They were also very responsive. It was a good experience. I would use them again in the future and have already recommended them to others.

They did everything above what was expected. They were professional and on time. The job was done when it was to be. The price was right on to the estimate.

This was actually for my commercial property. My main interest in this company was the product they installed. The product was made to order elsewhere, trucked down 2 weeks later and Integrity Roofing installed. Due to the weather it took 2-3 days longer than anticipated and there was considerable leakage (5-8 gallons) in one of the work areas. The new roof was simply laid over the existing roof, nailed down and seems vulcanized. The product comes with a warranty direct from the manufacturer so Integrity Roofing had to meet pretty high standards for me to get the warranty. Manufacturer inspectors OKed the job after another day of work. With a job this big, I was a nervous wreck and assumed the worst each and every day, but Ken and his very large crew were there from dawn to dusk each day possible. Overall the experience was satisfactory. There were minor problems along the way to which Ken was responsive. There were a couple of structural exterior wall problems he pointed out to me, so that I could get them fixed. He replaced ceiling tiles that had been ruined by the leakage problem as well. I was a bit miffed that his crew chopped through some electrical wiring to get to an area, versus consulting with me about the best way to manage one of his problems. He put the responsibility of fixing this onto me. Otherwise his crew was professional. They positioned themselves to allow us to remain open for business. I am assuming that all the workers were from his company and not subcontracted as this was seemingly specialized roofing material requiring seemingly specialized training. Clean up afterward was good but not as complete as I would have liked, but I'm pretty anal. Am still finding nails and very small pieces of roofing material around the building. Would hire again if I ever need another flat roof.

Returned my calls promptly and always easy to reach. They provided all information requested in writing. The work was started and completed as promised. They did a thorough cleanup afterwards. The roof looks good and no leaks or problems, so far. They appear to be professional, ethical and competent. I can recommend this company based on my experience with them.
