Description of Work: Amateur work performance; 3 call backs before tub finish was acceptable. First 2 finish teams left holes and divots in finish while claiming that the job was completed and also got over spray on the new tile tub surround. After multiple mishaps with scheduling and our complaints about the poor quality of work, a quality finisher was finally sent and the job was completed. If the person scheduling the appointments would have responded to the situation correctly, the quality finisher would have been called in after the first team messed up the job rather than waiting until we said we were not going to pay and did not want anyone else to be sent.

Description of Work: My front bath tub was in a deteriorative state, and someone tried (and failed) to reglaze it in the past. The Bath Tub Men were a little late to the appointment (traffic accident related), but did an excellent job refinishing the tub. I wish they could have left the exhaust fan up a bit longer, maybe another 12-24 hours as my elder child is very sensitive to scents and was having a hard time with the scent of the materials used. Very pleased with the job.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with this company. I had them refinish an existing bathtub. They came in & did the work right there inside the bathroom. It only took a couple hours. I think they could have added a little more skid resistance material to the bottom of the tub. It still feels a little slippery to me. I also had them do a color match with the new toilet I purchased(white). I would not opt for that in the future. I do not think it was an exact match. I had to take the tank lid of the toilet to them to match color. I think it was off a little but I am ok with that. Not a major deal. I would use them again. They were very good to do business with.
