Description of Work: cleaned all my tile and grout. Jim also replaced missing grout. I purchased 3 specials from them for $149.00. harley is the office manager. She IS WONDERFUL....but I had many problems with their answering service. oncde I managed to get past them and to Harley, everything smoothed out!! Jim was greast...he worked hard, steady and did a great job. the owner stopped by to see how things were going. This company owner and his office manager Harley and employee Jim truly care about providing top quality work and customer satifaction. 5 stars!!

Description of Work: Caulking of bathroom and kitchen. The contractor and helper were nice and courteous but I was not impressed with the work performed. Shower was caulked OK but job around sinks and kitchen looked messy, rough, and not professional. When dried, the silicone caulk around the kitchen looked smeared, messy and all over the place. I had to remove some of it. I should have done the work myself. I would have taken longer but it would have looked better. I was not happy.
