Arrived on time and did a great job

Jama who represented Bartram Carpet and Tile and Hardwood Cleaning Service, called before he arrived and arrived at the designated time. He was very polite and professional and worked hard to repair an older shower structure with stained and peeling tile grout. He also repaired the caulking around the shower and a small amt around the sink and tub areas. When he finished it all looked like new. He finished in just he right amount of time, around 3 hrs. He did a great job and I will most likely use this service again in the future as we continue to replace/repair areas of our 12 year old home.

The first go around wasn't very good but, they came back and did it better. They were professional, courteous, and did what I asked of them. They cleaned up good and I got what I paid for. I wouldn't use them again.

If the grout would have stayed on less than a month later I would say it was nice to have it done but the floor and part of the side wall did not go well.

Great, they arrived on time performed the work quickly, cleaned up and left. Very efficient. The guys were friendly and professional.

They came 40 mins late but they were very polite and very efficient. They did a very nice job and offered to come back for no additional cost if I wanted more of the work done.

Technician arrived on time and was very professional. I did not realize when I purchased this deal that this company does not use truck-mounted cleaning equipment. I was worth it not to do it myself, but it was the same quality of cleaning that I could have gotten by renting a rug doctor.

Man they were great. On time, incredibly polite, done in a timely fashion. All that AND the grout looks amazing! After years of living and mopping the floor the grout was quite literally black. Actually I thought it was black until I saw a little used part of the floor which showed Off white grout. After Jamal and ....... were done, the tile and grout almost matched. Huge difference! I'm posting photos to show what a remarkable job they did. Definitely recommend Bartram Carpet, Tile and Hardwood.

The tech was in a hurry to get to their next job. He tought I needed my shower and kitchen repaired based on the "description" of what I purchased on Angie's list, but I told him I only needed the shower work done. I purchased 3 hours of time. The tech did grout most of the floor, but left big chunks of grout in several places. He also left big chunks on my drain that I later had to scrape off. He missed some spots, so I pointed them out and he went back to the shower and worked some more, and then said everything would look great once it dried. I found several spots after he left that he never got to. He only stayed 2 hours. He then left, tryed to call the next customer to tell them "he was running late", but accidentally called me instead. Once he told me he was running late, I explained to him that he had called me by mistake. Bottom line is, he never planned to be at my house anywhere near the amount of time that I paid for. If they only plan on doing 1 1/2 hours of work, they need to sell that amount of time, not 3 hours.

It went terribly. The two men who came to do the work were very polite and nice. They did the work and finished on time. I was scheduled to have my rugs cleaned at 2:00pm, they didn't come, didn't come, didn't come. I called and no one had a record I was scheduled, they didn't even have a record of my deal purchase. They didn't get here till 5:30pm, we were exhausted by that time. The help I had hired had to stay later. There were some spots left on the rug, but I don't want to call them back. I called them to schedule, thought everything was all set, but they never showed up ... It was a mess.

The visit went great. The showed up first at my temporary apartment, instead of the new house (not sure if it was my mistake or theirs). But, the promptly got to the new location and wasted no time getting started. They were very thorough and professional. I would use them again.

The guys who performed the work were very courteous and did all they could to do a good job. They weren't responsible for the scheduling conflict. If it weren't for this the overall rating would have been an F.

Workers were prompt and professional.

Angie's representative emailed the company to get in touch with me, and no one every did !! Very disappointed !! I want to be reimbursed on my credit card of 199.00$.

Bartram contacted me promptly after I had purchased a Big Deal. They efficiently and thoroughly cleaned and then sealed the white tiles and grout in my family room. I highly recommend Bartram!

The place looks brand new. Nice job.

The serviceman arrived on time and was very professional. He spent time doing the job - didn't rush through it because the work was being done at a discounted price. The grout lightened up considerably in some spots. Overall the grout looks better.

Changed the arrival time twice. Was not given the correct address by the office and had to call me, there was another delay in arriving. Had to leave to buy a longer hose in order to attach to my outdoor water connection. Once the young men did arrive, they were very nice and careful. They seemed to do a very professional job.

It was fine. What stood out was the coupon.

The gentleman vacuumed and cleaned the areas I was most concerned with. He was very cordial and prompt. Explained what I needed to do after the job was finished.

Absolutely professional and over the top in service. I could not have asked for better work!

High professionalism -- accommodated appointment in short amount of time; called prior to arriving; arrived on time; was very courteous and easy to work with. Although this was a "discounted" price, he did not rush the job and I never felt like I was getting anything less that if I had paid full price. Some of the higher traffic areas of the carpet were tougher to clean, but without being asked, he took the time and effort to redo those areas, including getting on his hands and knees to scrub some by hand. Up to this point, I was very satisfied with all aspects of the appointment. However, next day, there were apparent streaks in the carpet. We re-vacuumed to make sure they were not just vacuum tracks -- they were not. When I called to notify them, I told them I was going to try going over theses areas with my carpet cleaner. They asked that I call back if that was not successful so they could take care of the problem. It was not necessary to have them back. So, overall, I was very pleased with their professionalism and customer interaction. Although we did have some problem with the result, I did not give them the opportunity to rectify the situation, which they seemed very willing to do, if necessary. Given this, I feel comfortable in assuming they would have come back out if that had been my request.
