Description of Work: This vendor cleaned 3 rooms of carpet and our stairs. They did a great job. Also, they were able to get some paint off of our tile (which was not what I had called them out for, but I was very grateful). I definitely would use them again. Good quality and punctual too.

Description of Work: They cleaned and sealed my tile and grout. A two man crew worked for about an hour completing the job. The results were okay, but after two days I decided to call to let the company know that I was not completely happy with the results. The floors did look better but there were still areas that were darker and therefore not as clean as I would like. The owner called me back the same day to discuss the issue. With no hesitation, he said he has a three day guarantee and he would be happy to send the crew out again. We set up the appointment for the second visit. The two gentlemen came back and worked for 1 1/2 hours this time not only using their cleaner and machine but also hand scrubbing the areas of concern. During this time the owner also came by my house to check on things and see if I was happy. I was very impressed with his concern for my complete satisfaction. I was also impressed with the crews professionalism. I was told if once it dried the tile was still not as clean as I would like, they would be happy to come again and use stronger products. I am glad to report that this is not necessary. After two days of drying, my floors look awesome! I am very impressed with the integrity of this company!

Description of Work: Bartram arrived on time, shampooed two bedroom carpets and two scatter rugs. He didn't make a mess of things, the carpets and scatter rugs looked better than when he began. The company followed up to ensure I was happy with their work.
