Great. Bob was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Work was performed skillfully and the end result is no leaks and the sprayer and dumper work great.

Put in an Angies request in the morning and was contacted that morning by the company. Was able to set up an appointment that afternoon. Arrived on time and was professional and very nice. Took a long time also didn’t really seem to know how the specific machine worked. End result was an expensive service charge without fixing the problem. Misdiagnosed what the actually issue was. I later fixed the issue by myself. The amount this professional charges, if there is an actual issue with a part you will be looking at a cost of a new machine. Save your money call someone else or get a new machine.

Bob was great. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. He saved me hundreds of dollars by not needing replacement parts and left me confident in the job performed.

Bob was able to schedule us the same day when our refrigerator was found to be warm on a Friday morning. He quickly made a diagnosis and replaced our fan motor on site. This solved the problem, and he kindly called the next day to confirm that the refrigerator continued to hold the cold temperature. Bob was pleasant to deal with, obviously very knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, answered all our questions, and gave us some useful tips about maintenance. I will not hesitate to call him again if needed, and will strongly recommend him to my family and neighbors.

This is the second time that I called AmTech to repair my appliances. Bob came, and like the first time, he found the problem quickly, and fixed it right away. He is very professional and his prices are reasonable. I would call him again.

Bob came out and immediately diagnosed the problem. He had to order the part. He came out the next day and finished the job. Great communication from start to finish.

Not well, problem not resolved. Called technician and informed that problem was acting up again, he informed my wife that the only thing he could was to move refrigerator outside or garage in order to clean coils with compressed air and would contact us the next day and let us know the worse case scenario, cost wise, in case he would have to replace the fan or something else. Did not hear from him until 4 days later which by then I had already called someone else who came over the next day and resolved the problem within minutes with a simple yeard leaf blower, no mess no fuss , and best of all did not even charge me, he was not an Angie’s List member.

Ordered new ice maker and installed it / wonderful

Great work done by Bob to replace the pump. He also showed us how to clean the washing machine with Vinegar to rid it of the awful smell from the **** that was clogging the drain tube. I'd definitely use his services again with any of our appliances.

Bob was terrific. He ordered parts for the cooktop and then came out the day they arrived. He was professional and easily fixed the oven door and then checked other screws to make sure we would not have any future problems. Will recommend him to my friends

I called Bob because of his rating and reviews on Angie’s List. I am not disappointed! He came the next day to take care of cleaning the ice dispenser on our gently used refrigerator that we recently purchased. I’d tried to clean it but wasn’t comfortable that I’d been able to reach all the nooks and crevices. He took it apart and cleaned it thoroughly (there was still crud in there so we’re very glad we’d not yet used it). Bob is knowledgeable, experienced, has fair pricing, and really cares about doing a good job. I’d use him again and won’t hesitate to refer him to others.

Very well! I’m extremely pleased with the honesty. I would have been really upset if one thing was fixed and then it broke in 2 months because the whole thing needed to be replaced.

Bob spent a lot of time assessing the LG refrigerator. After moving it out, he determined that the compressor was gone.... he told me the cost of a new compressor was almost equal to a new fridge. I felt he was totally honest in that I would have had him do that work, but he dissuaded me. He spent extra time helping me pick a comparable fridge and did the measurements to make sure it would fit. I was very pleased with my choice to go with his company and would definitely call him again. It's refreshing to find someone who does honest work at a fair price!

I was very happy with Bob. He fully explained the issue, and explained the cost to repair and showed me (from several sites) that he could not find the part needed to repair anyway. He did give us suggestions on what to look for on a new washer, and even answered some questions we had while we were shopping for a new washing machine. I really appreciated the fact that he explained the issue and took the time to show me what was happening. I would definitely hire him again!

Excellent. He was here within 30 min of us contacting him. Fixed the problem, showed us the before and after so we understood what happened. Very nice man.

Refrigerator door wasn't closing properly. Bob was here on time. He is very knowledgeable. My frig is very old and he is still working on finding a part needed for a permanent repair. However he was able to perform temporary fix that should hold us awhile. I would definitely use him again for Any appliance repair.

They did a very good worker, and a very diligent, showed up on time, takes a lot of care, and they do a great work, and very knowledgeable.
