Bob was great, fast, excellent service and very knowledgeable.

Horrible experience with Bob Ruth. Found 1st leak on 1st visit, then a very small second leak on second visit. He ordered a part that he said was incorrect on the third visit and rigged my 2 year old LG washing machine so that it did not really need second part or third charge for third visit. He should have had a discussion with me offering options at the second visit. He charged me 554 for all work performed including 1st replacement part. BEWARE OF THIS FIRM - They GOUGE

Install a new garbage disposal which did not work. I went out bought a brand new garbage disposal . Bob came back and reinstall the new garbage disposal But refuse to refund my money For the garbage disposal that he installed. As of today July 13 one week after installing the new garbage supposal he still refused to refund the money.

Great. Bob reached out and scheduled us very quickly, showed up on time and did a great job getting our new dishwasher installed. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Excellent! Bob was super thorough! He had to be a detective to find out what was wrong with my refrigerator. My problems were condensation in vegetable crisper...and thin ice building up on the back wall of the refrigerator. After Sears misdiagnosed the problem TWICE, I found Bob. My husband and I are so happy we did. We had a leaking gasket around the inside of the ice maker box. And we also decided to change the worn gaskets around the door. As of this moment, I have not had the parts installed yet so don't know for sure if my problem will be solved. But after 3 other appliance technicians tried to fix it, I feel rather certain that Bob's diagnosis makes sense. (I had 4 costly parts installed by Sears which did not fix the problem.) In any event, when Bob installs the parts, I will report back to you all! We were super happy with Bob's fabulous communication skills....honesty, integrity, fairness, and most importantly his knowledge!! We are so happy to have found him and will continue to use him for ALL of our appliances!

The repair went great. We have used Bob in the past and fully trust his diagnostic skills. He is prompt, courteous, and alwsys my first thought/choice for appliance reoair. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Great! Bob was extremely helpful as I am out of town with a tenant living in my unit. Bob communicated the issue with me, scheduled a time with my tenant, and was able to fix everything in one day. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

Excellent service Definitely recommend Our refrigerator started making a loud noise Saturday night. I went on line and found AMTECH. I submitted a request for service Sunday morning and Bob contacted me back immediately asking if he could call. He wanted to make sure it was not an emergency and the refrigerator was still cooling. An appt was set for Monday. Bob came out and diagnosed the problem quickly. I even texted him after he left with a question, he responded immediately.

Finding an appliance repair and installation expert with meticulous attention to detail isn't easy. AmTech is superb. Although removing the old microwave/convection oven was relatively straightforward, installing the new oven required technicians who were willing to and capable of working with precision and skill. The new oven was much heavier and slightly larger than the old oven. The vent system to the outdoors had to be modified (although the installers of the prior oven just shoved it in and it never vented properly). AmTech efficiently identified what needed to be done, including mounting modifications, and did an extraordinary job. This is the company to go to if you want five-star work at reasonable prices.

Bob was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and clean... no greasy handprints or mess for me to clean up. I won't hesitate to call again.

Amazing service. I called on Thur. morning that my refrigerator had stopped cooling. Bob from AmTech came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and located a hard-to-find discontinued part. He was back the next day, installed the part, and the refrigerator works like new again. Each step of the way, Bob explained the possible causes of the problem, how he diagnosed it, and what he would do to fix it. From my first phone call to their follow-up to make sure that everything was working, this was perhaps the BEST repair experience I've ever had.

It went great. Bob was the 3rd technician to come out. The 1st tech was nice but couldn’t see error code so didn’t do anything. The 2nd tech assured me it was the door latch and wanted $338 to repair. The part was $25 on Amazon and not the problem. Bob assured me he would isolate problem and he did and fixed it promptly. I will call him for any future repairs.

Made the appointment for a for 3-5 pm. They texted and asked to come early, 1-3. Texted again said they were running late. Showed up between 4 - 4:30. The owner and an apprentice showed up. Let me preface this by saying both of them were very nice, pleasant people. The problem lies in the the owner spent more time talking, teaching, and reading the owners manual on my appliances than actual work. At the end of the day, he charged me over $200 to tell me he didn't know what was wrong with either appliance. He would order a part for the oven but that may not fix the problem. 15 days later I had to call him and ask about the part order. He texted he would update me later that day. Never heard from him again. Basically stole $200.

Bob was awesome. He came out the morning I called, diagnosed the problems, explained everything he was doing and had both issues fixed in under 2 hours. I also had a small problem with the filter on my regular refrigerator and he explained how I could fix that on my own since I was missing a basic part. 100% would hire Bob in the future and highly recommend him.
