Airsafe met my expectations and more. They responded quickly with professional help.

They came prompty. They tested the air, the walls, the carpet, bathrooms, everything for types of mold and mildew. A few days later I received their report. All fine.

They were very friendly and on time. The job was finished in one day so they worked very quickly. Their price was certainly within our budget.

These guys were not only professional but they are out right good people you can trust. These guys cleaned my place top to bottom while moving my furniture with care and dealing with my dog in the mean time. I highly recommend Mark and his crew and if anything ever comes up again they will be the first company I call !!!

Mark was on time, took the samples and told us he would send them off to a lab. He would send us the results in about a week. A week later we received the results as promised. We were pleased with his service.

Mark and his assistant arrived with tools in hand at the appointed time 07-03-2012 and began dismantling the room. After all the damaged carpeting was pulled up, bagged and removed, any and everything left in the room was treated with an anti-microbial spray. Finally the scrubber was turned on and it ran for about 72 hours. At the end of the first abatement session, I removed the tiles in the ensuite bathroom. When Mark came to to pickup the scrubber, though not included in their quote or scope he and his team treated that area as well at no additional charge. Because this area had also been exposed to the mold spores for an etended period of time, Mark elected to leave the scrubber in place for several more days. When the machine was picked up on July 10th and the air retested ($120) the results were more than just successful! The Spore count was reduced to 53 per m3, which was baseline for that test.

Mark arrived as he stated, brought in his equipment, explained what he was going to do, and then went about collecting spore samples. The testing was sent off to Pro-Lab in Weston, FL for review. The results were back on the following Tuesday morning indicating elevated levels of Penicillium/Aspergillus. Mark emailed the reports to me, along with a proposal for abatement and quoted $780 for the job.

Contacted 5 companies for estimates, only 3 would come out after learning we were paying out of pocket versus submitting the damages to our insurance company. Highest quote was for $1,331.43. AirSafe came out within hours of us contacting them. Mark Stewart was very professional, thorough in his evaluation of the situation and timely in giving us a complete estimate of all that needed to be done. Upon agreeing to his quote/services, they arrived the next day to get the job done. After cleaning and sanitizing the room and outside, they left a dehumidifier to dry out the room. During that time, they sent someone out periodically to check on its progress. Professional, experts in what they do, thorough in getting the job done and fair in what they charged us. We highly recommend this company!
