Beat closest estimate ( 4 of them ) by $2500 for the exact same system. Service was prompt and on time. I would highly recommend them.

From beginning to end, this was a great experience. I sent Air McCall a message early on a Thursday morning and received a response within 10 minutes. Rob Battinelli called me shortly afterwards and scheduled an appointment with me for that evening. His inspection of my current system was thorough. Rob spoke very knowledgeably of equipment he discussed with me. He presented several options and at no point did I feel as though Rob was attempting to needlessly upsell to me. I asked for written estimates by Monday morning (I was collecting other estimates a well). I had my estimates on Monday as requested, called Rob on Tuesday to move forward with the purchase and installation, and had a crew at my house on Wednesday morning. The crew was polite and friendly. They arrived on time, completed a professional installation and left their work surroundings as clean as they found it. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our experience. One other important note - one of the other companies I received an estimate from quoted $2000 more to install the exact same unit Air McCall installed. I appreciate that Air McCall went the extra mile in applying a manufacturer's discount, military discount, and JEA rebates that their competitor didn't.

They did a great job including rebuilding the box and completely sealing the box. They did a great job on the outside unit where the last installers left wires hanging all most on the ground. The workers were quick and polite and cleaned up after themselves.

It went okay. The only thing we got was an estimate and quite frankly, Air McCall was probably the highest so we didn't go with them. They were good. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't seem to have a lot of options. When I mentioned to that that was out of our price range, he didn't have any more options.

Didn't have them fix the problem, their prices were too high.

Technician was knowledgable and pleasant. He did a thorough job even though he was very busy with service problems.

My mom's air conditioning system ended up just completely failing. They were one of the companies that put in a bid for replacement and we ultimately ended up going with them. The first time I used them led me to use them each time ever after and I've never had any reason to look for anybody else. For any air conditioning service needs that I've had for the past seven years it has been the same company. They've never given me a reason to look around because I've been happy with the work that they've done and their ability to solve the problem at a good price and in a good time frame.

Service was great. The only problem found was with a small leak in the freon; I was offered two options, with one being more expensive but possibly sealing the small leak to prevent future loss of freon. I chose the one that might stop the leak since freon is also very expensive. The technician was very professional and able to explain in way I could understand.

An Air McCall representative came over right after I called and performed an exhaustive search throughout the unit to pinpoint the problem. He discovered a small leak in the condensing coil which, over time, caused a massive loss of refrigerant. He spent nearly 4 hours repairing and testing the unit until it ran perfectly. I was impressed with his professionalism and work ethic. Also noteworthy was the General Manager's genuine concern of my situation and his willingness to ensure I would be an Air McCall customer for good. Additionally, I recommended Air McCall to replace my son's a/c unit. FIVE STARS! Thanks to all.

Did a nice job serving ac units. Would have been nice had they had appropriate replacement filters with them but that's a small issue.

Great no problems, as was the case when I hired them once before.

It turned out fine. They discovered that one of the freon lines was leaking and they fixed that. That got to be a little bit more expensive because the product they used, they don't use freon anymore, was expensive per pound, and I think they had to put four pounds on it. They came when they said they would come. They came back when they said they would come. First, they had to seal the lines before they put those freon substitutes in. I think they did fine. I mean I have no complaints at all. Considering they had to come back another day, I thought the price was fine. For one thing, they didn't charge us even if they put four pounds in and I know he did because he put them on a scale first and you know how much it weighed first. When he was done, he put it back on the scale so you would see what put it. And they actually charged us for a pound less than what was put in.

After getting several quotes I chose to go with Air McCall. Rob gave several different choices as to systems that could replace my old unit. I found him to be very knowledgeable, he explained each unit from different manufacturers. I like the idea that I had different choice and not push to only one manufacturer. The unit was installed the day before Hurricane Matthew hit Jacksonville. (I had been without air for 1 week and 4 days) The technicians work in horrible weather conditions. What I liked about the company was their honesty, professionalism and their great customer service. My experience with them was excellent and would highly recommend them.

Tech was very thorough and answered all questions asked. This review was for my 1st time using Air McCall and I've already used them again. They are helping me get the most out of a 20 year old AC unit. I certainly will trust them with my business when the time comes to buy a new unit!

It was good at first but then I had problems with the air conditioner a month later. I had to pay for repairs. The could have given me a longer guarantee.

It was supposed to be just air conditioner tune up. I had to work so I had my mother at the house to meet him because he doesn't work after 5pm. He had my mother sign a contract promising to pay prior to the inspection. Without my authorization he added Freon to the upstairs ac unit then wanted to charge me 275.00 for adding it. My mother is not the owner nor has the authority to determine repairs. I refused to pay of course because he didn't get my authorization to add the Freon and he didn't find the reason for the Freon leak. I have a home warranty that would have charged me only 75.00 to do the job. He told me that he is going to turn it into the office. terrible!

The work was completed as expected.

Great! Response time was quick and the technician was honest and fair. This is our second season using this service. No pressure or attempt to get us to pay anything extra for repairs or services not needed. Nice to know that we can trust an Air McCall technician, and if they ever say that we need to have an extra repair, then that is what we'll do.
