Air McCall provided the best price for the replacement of the Heat Pump and Air Handler, as well as cleaned and disinfected the entire duct system on another day. McCalls 2-men arrived on time, worked continuously and efficiently such that they finished and cleaned up the areas within 3-hours on each day. The system is running great. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend their services.

Great job by Dan, he worked on the drain for our AC unit until it was running free. Check the entire system for proper function before leaving. We will continue to use Air McCall.

I was initially concerned when I called for an estimate and was told the sales person would call back in the next day or 2 (my A/C had quite). pleasantly surprised when the salesman called me around noon, as I'd already had 3 other firms give me estimates that morning. The Air McCall salesman was obviously busy, but he worked closely with me all afternoon and into the early evening to get me the unit we wanted at a fair and reasonable price. the installers arrived on time as scheduled. they worked very hard removing the old system and installing the new one. we were quite impressed at their work ethic. the entire team was professional , courteous, and very nice. I'd checked this company's reviews and liked their BBB rating and their time in business. I'm really glad we chose them and will certainly use then again in the future.

We needed a new heat pump to replace our 5-ton 16 year-old Trane. We asked for quotes from the top four companies with good online reviews, and got three. We asked for the price difference in 14 and 15 SEER units, with 10-year parts and labor warranty, and discounts. The best – not really the cheapest – the best, was a 15 SEER unit from Air McCall. Luke and Donnie arrived at 8:45, took out the old, put in the new, and were done by 3:45. They cleaned up better than when they came, wore face masks while inside (important to us more “vulnerable” folks), showed us how to use our new programmable thermostat and left us another filter for their first service call in six months. We’ve had a few 90 degree days since our new unit was installed, and it has kept us cooler than we’ve been in a while. We shoulda done this sooner. Highly recommended!

The bad and the horrible the good is listed last. Biggest challenge was parts pricing. If you watch YouTube videos, I should have done this myself. It took 15 minutes to COMPLETE the job. That included removing the cover, replacing the part and putting the cover back on. The best capacitor with a 5 year warranty costs only $24.95 on Amazon. Air McCall charged me $262 for the exact same part, with the exact same part number. Then charged $69 (discounted from $89 via Angies list thank you). When I pushed the technician on price, he asked if Amazon provided the instruments to test, or the knowledge on how to test etc... Of course they do not, but that has little to do with parts mark up. The Good, Air McCall is highly rated, offices in my neighborhood, Same day appointment and on time. Next time, I would replace the capacitor myself for $24.95 and if it still did not work, parts change the contact switch $22.95 on Amazon vs $183 from Air McCall.... Do it yourself $47.90 (includes FREE one day or same day shipping) vs over $500 just in parts by the service company. I will need to contact the state to see if this falls under price gouging rules. They are qualified and had the parts with them.

Not well! they performed yearly maintenance on my AC, but did not contact me to perform duct/vent cleaning. TJ added a comment to invoice after completing AC service, as Matt did not call me as I was told he would. STILL NO CALL OR ANY CONTACT!

Our air conditioning unit recently died so we called 3 local air conditioning companies to get recommendations and bids on installing a new unit. The owner, Curtis, from Air McCall was by far the best. He took the time to examine our unit and our ductwork, sat down with us to make sure we understood all the options and variables. The 5 star customer service is the reason why I chose Air McCall. We are extremely happy with our unit and the installation team was excellent as well. I would totally recommend Air McCall to anyone. Once the confusion of the day and time got straightened out, everything went smoothly. On the day of the visit the technician even showed up early!

It went well. Air McCall was very responsive and dispatched service the same morning. David was very knowledgeable and capable and solved the problem. He was also very patient, thorough and nice to work with. I signed up for Air McCall's Comfort Club membership for regular maintenance.

Did well, but missed 2 vents, charged me for them though. Called office, they said he'd come back that day, didnt happen. Days later, nothing. Called, said they would talk to him and send him on Monday. That Saturday, I cleaned them myself. Asked for a partial refund $40, for the two he missed....no reply, still waiting.

The experience was was seamless. Toby gave me his honest assessment of the needs of my home and recommended the most appropriate option. Did not try to upsell, if fact, explicitly recommended against it for my unique room layout. David and David the technicians who installed the system were courteous and knowledgeable. The price for the entire install was extremely competitive after Toby applied some discounts specific to my situation.

They're very reputable. They provide a personable service. I would recommend them to anybody.

Very well. Installed 1 day after ordering. Work was very well done. A loose wire caused an issue a few days later, but they were here to fix it the very same day we discovered it.

The overall project went very well. They were able to come to the house very quickly and replace both of our Air Conditioning units. Both teams did a great job tearing out the old unit and putting in the new unit. They came out on a Saturday morning and got the job done on the same day. The inspector commented on the high quality of the installation as well. Everything works great.
