Description of Work: He was punctual to the appointment. He Check the air handler as well the compressor and condenser outside. I asked if the ducts were dirty and he honestly told me not, they were fine because they were still shining inside. The house was recently built and we were getting dust in the house and we thought was from construction dust left in the ducts. We later found out, it was from some openings left where some cables were coming in to the ceilings fans and security cameras. We sealed them.

Description of Work: I bought special deal for a/c maintenance check. Air McCall called me back and scheduled me quickly. Day of appointment, the tech arrived on time, and thoroughly looked over our unit both indoor and outdoor. Flushed and vacuumed drain line. Checked and tested everything. Showed me a few things for maintenance purposes and replaced our filter. Thankfully, everything looked good! He was prompt and courteous. Would recommend and use again!

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the $59 Angie's List AC tune up and inspection we performed on June 4, 2015. We went back to the technician's original invoice to research your comment on the Freon. His notes reported that your unit was "slow to get to pressure, but is cooling well", so no Freon was needed or added. His initial comment to you may have been premature, before it finally came up to the proper range, but this information is valuable to have for future service. We try to communicate as honestly and professionally as possible with our customers. Thank you for letting us know of this area where we can improve.

Description of Work: One complaint, the experienced man had an apprentice along. They both asked to use my bathroom. The experienced man was in an out quickly. The apprentice was in the bathroom so long that I told his partner he should check on him. He checked and the man stayed another five minutes. When he came out the exhaust fan was roaring and the room stank to high heavens. I won't ask them again for help because of this unpleasant experience, even though the service was more than adequate. Homeowners do not like to have strangers in their bathrooms, some search for drugs to steal (not this one) and the disgusting surprise to clean up after is a definite turn-off.
