Description of Work: They identified why our 2 yr old a/c system failed - leaky evaporator coil. They replaced the coil. Then they replaced the motherboard which burned out 2 days later.

Description of Work: We needed a new AC unit as the old one died. We interviewed a number of companies. Air McCall was by far the most responsive and most willing to work with us. We had to replace both the air handler and the main unit outside. A hurricane pad was included. They came out quickly and provided us an excellent price right off the bat. We are happy to recommend Air McCall, particularly regarding their demonstrated desire to achieve high customer satisfaction. Air McCall recently installed a new unit for us in admittedly difficult circumstances (attic installation with limited access). While there were a few challenges through the process, Air McCall was extremely committed to ensuring our complete satisfaction. As most people know, no project really ever goes perfect--there are always bumps in the road. It is how well a company handles those issues with their customer. Air McCall did a terrific job and made us a very satisfied customer. Their responsiveness and excellent attitude ensures that we will gladly do business with them again. | |

Description of Work: 1st off I called them on a Tuesday to schedule an estimate, they said call you back in a little while to schedule. Did not call until Wednesday afternoon. Schedule a 3:15pm for Thursday. Guy calls me right at 315 to tell me he is running 30-45 mins late. So looks over everything, says he will get me an estimate by Friday morning. Not sure why took so long, everyone else gave me one right away. I never received anything on Friday, so had to make a decision and schedule a job that day. Then on the following Tuesday I finally get an email from them asking when I would like job done. First off it was 5 days later than I needed one and they were the most expensive by over $2000.00. Save your time and go with someone else.

We are truly sorry we did not live up to our own standards with our responsiveness in meeting with you as planned. We do dispute your representation of the facts, however. You may recall that we did arrive at your house on time but you had left to pick up your daughter so you were not there. Our Sales Associate called you and when you and he talked you told him it was okay to come when he was done with his next scheduled appointment so he went to that appointment. He then returned to your home, met with you, and collected the information he needed to provide the estimate. Our Sales Associate's recollection is that you were okay with receiving your estimate at the later point in time so he did not rush to get it back to you. It is difficult to speak to the price issue because there are many different options within each brand and many different brands so there could easily be a big range in price depending on the specific equipment. You can see from our BBB rating of 'A+' with ZERO complaints that our typical customer experience is one of excellence, but we know we let you down and for that we hope you will accept our sincere apology.
