Description of Work: This is the 1st time we've used AirMcCall but it certainly won't be the last. From the first call to completion, everything was handled professionally and at a very reasonable cost. We are very pleased!

Description of Work: Air conditioner was not keeping up with the heat outside. The technician performed a tune up service. They told me that the unit was preforming adequately for its age. But the Compressor was on its way out and he didn't really noticed the wiring was frayed. Compressor shorted out the next day continually tripping my breaker. Another technician came out and checked the compressor at no charge and found out that it had shorted itself out.

Description of Work: I was impressed with the fact they called and came several hours early. The repairman, tested, told me the problem and installed a new capacitor. He offered no discounts, nor did he try and sell me any extra services. I did request a discount, and received a $10.00 discount.

Description of Work: I purchased their 18-point A/C tune-up, cleaning, and inspection through Angie's list. The technician had no intention of doing the listed steps until I showed him what was included in the service. The technician said "" I guess they changed the service"". He did most of the items below once I told him what needed to be done. I will not use Air McCall again. |Service was to include the following: |1. Check thermostat calibration- did not do |2.
