Description of Work: Cleaned my air ducts 6-15-17. They did not perform per the info on website and left a mess in my house. One of the workers asked to use my bathroom within 3 minutes of arriving at my house.

I compared pricing on the UV light prior to Air McCall coming out. Their prices were very reasonable and they did an excellent job of discussing my choices with regards to the concerns I had. they were very informed and knowledgeable.

The technician was very professional as always. He inspected and tuned-up both units. He said both units were in working order and no unnecessary repairs needed.
Description of Work: Needed to have the technician check out the A/C units since the house was not cooling. And, at the same time, have him do the seasonal tune-ups on both units.

My experience with them was good. I was very happy with them. I was happy with their work and they seemed professional. They installed it correctly and I haven’t had any problems. The system they sold me was cheaper than the other quotes I got for equal or better systems. They were right on time as well.

Since, we bought oour HVAC system with them 3 years ago, we chose to avail of AirMcCall's $59 tune-up promo even if there are cheaper alternatives with other companies providing deals locally via Angie's List. We scheduled the service via email and was promptly confirmed online and via phone. The communication was pleasant enough. The technician came on time and seems knowledgeable. Couldn't really say 'coz it's a relatively new system so no issues found and he just cleaned a bit and changed the filters.

.The process started with an employee coming to my residence and see what my needs were. After giving me options and explaining my options, I chose which Air Conditioner to purchase. Two days later a team of employee's from Air McCall, arrived at my residence. They had to upgrade my ducts. After that was complete the installed my new Carrier A/C unit. The process was completed in about 8 hours.
Description of Work: I had Air McCall install an new air condition in my residence. The process from start to finish was very pleasant. The employee's were very professional and knowledgeable on my needs. They gave me several options and did not try and oversell what I needed. The entire process was completed in one day. The employee's were very friendly. Thank You Air McCall for a great job well done!

Went very well. I can't complain except for as above.
Description of Work: We had a very old AC in our house and needed to replace it. After getting many estimates, Air McCall was not the cheapest - but they matched one of the cheapest estimates and gave me a much better unit for the price, and even included 2 annual service calls/checkup/maintenance for free. They were there when scheduled, and did a great job with the installation. My only complaint was the air handler that was supposed to fit in a specially made closet upstairs - and which when measured by the estimator was told would fit, it did not. We had to leave the closet doors off and leave it open in order to have the unit installed and plumbed. It worked great however.

They were the second company I called because the first company failed to show up. Air McCall showed up within the hour. The other company at that time then showed up and they were going to charge me $225 to fix what was wrong with my air conditioning unit. Air McCall said, "No, all you need is this and it is $63 and I will also do this, this, and this." They were super professional and nice. I couldn't believe it because the other company acted like I needed them.
