It went well. They came out adn did what they said they were going to do and didn't try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff.

Based upon the excellent reviews of this company, I chose them to service my unit. I had duct work done by another company in December and wanted to make sure the unit was running properly. When I asked the technician a question about the ductwork, his response sounded argumentative and he talked down to me. I asked that he wear booties due to light carpet. He wore them inside, then he wore them outside, then he wore them inside - which defeated the purpose. Finally, he yanked so hard on my storm door handle (which was locked) that it is now loose and will not lock. Needless to say, this was not a good experience.

The service went well. I would use them again in the future and I would recommend them.

The service went great. They are competent and I haven’t run into any issues with them. They are very knowledgeable and able to remedy any problems. They are easy to schedule with and they showed up on time. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Technician was on time, professional, did his work thoroughly, and cleaned up after himself. I asked a number of questions about what he was doing and why, and he patiently explained while continuing to work through his checklist. Entire process took just under an hour. My only concern - and it was not a big deal thankfully - is that while the technician was testing the air temperatures, he changed my thermostat setting from manual temp to programmed temps. We have never used the programming feature so it must have been set by the prior owner of the home. Therefore, we were surprised when the temp didn't hold that evening where we had set it. We had to get out the thermostat manual to figure out how to change it back from programmed temps to manual. We were home that evening and caught it, but had we gone out of town, we would never have known and the air would have run significantly more on the program than it would have on our manual setting.

Consultation was good...did not attempt to up-sell more expensive units. The price on a 15-SEER Trane was notably better than competitors. They provided options for moving the air handler to better position at no additional cost. Installers were prompt and kept me in the loop at various points of the operation.

It turned out very well. Scheduling the appointment with them was easy. It was very good service. The owner of the company came out to tell us everything that was going to happen and how long each part of the process was going to take. Everything went perfectly. It took two or three days. With regard to price, I don’t know what the going price was. But it seemed reasonable for what they were going to do. They cleaned the air in the whole house. They had to run their machines 24 hours a day to get the air cleaned. We are going to use them again for a different reason.

Steve performed a Seasonal maintenance inspection. He replaced the air filter, checked drain and the blower. Tested heat and cooling system. He's very professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Due to the age of our unit, we knew it was ready to replace, and already had a consultation scheduled with Air McCall for after the holidays. As luck would have it, a few days after I had scheduled the appointment, the fan broke, which meant no A/C. I called Rob, the salesman and he came out the next day. Air McCall had been recommended to us from other neighbors who had already replaced A/C systems, so this company was highly recommended. Their A rating on Angie's list was also a good sign. We met with Rob and went through some of the issues we had been having with cooling/heating the house with the old system, which was almost 20 years old. After listening to our concerns, showing him where we wanted to relocate the condenser, getting up in the attic to check out the duct work, he was able to assess the situation, and we discussed at length all the possible options. He explained what each system would do, what the cost would be, and what he would recommend. We appreciated he presented each option, from the least expensive to the most expensive, along with the pros and cons of each. He did not try and sell us more than we needed, or up-sale systems with more bells and whistles. Once we decided on brand, capacity, etc. he emailed us a written estimate. We did call a couple of other companies for a verbal price comparison, we felt the estimate was a fair price for work required. While not the least costly quote, reputation, reliability, and integrity of a company is important to us. You get what you pay for, and if it's a 100 degrees outside, I am confident Air McCall will still be in business should we have any issues. We scheduled the work to be done the day after Christmas. It was Rob's day off, but he dropped by to check on things anyway, but Jose and his crew were doing just fine. It took about 3 days for them to complete the job, but due to some of the additional work we requested, it was done over a couple of weeks, but we had A/C after the first day. We installed a new thermostat as well, and had a little issue with it, so texted Rob (after hours), who promptly returned our call and figured out an easy fix. The duct work, and electrical, plus some other work was done the next week, and the duct cleaning was done once all the other work was complete. Everyone who came to our house to perform work was nice, polite, respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They didn't leave any trash, cleaned up all the area's they had been working in, and wiped down the wall after removing the old unit. After about a month with the new unit, things all seem to be working well, no issues, and we have been very happy with the level of service and products received. Highly recommend.

Wonderful! From beginning (sales) to execution, they were top notch. Everyone I dealt with was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive. Rob, Toby, Paul were the best. Air McCall has also installed other units in my neighborhood, and my neighbors are happy, as well. Last, but not least, they beat a competitors price by $25% and provided a better manufacturer. I highly recommend them.

Found problem and repaired quite quickly.

Professional and courteous. He gave us pointers on how to keep the drain clear (which were completely different from what our builder told us) and we haven't had an issue since. Great people to deal with and I will use again.

It was expensive. They told me that the deal was only for the first half hour. After they did the repair, I found that they charged me over $300 for a fan motor that is sold in Lowe’s for $87. Scheduling was good and the technicians were professional, but they overcharged me.

The appointment was at 9am. They arrived at about 9:15am. They where there all day until about 5:30pm. They were very polite and professional. I asked questions along the way and they were very patient with answering them for me. Despite the sticker shock of having to spend an unplanned $4500 on a new system I could not have asked for a better experience. My only advice to others who find themselves in a similar position is don't be afraid to negotiate. Don't be afraid to shop around and compare apples to apples then when you decide who you want to do the job, negotiate. It has been over 2 weeks since my Carrier system was installed and I am very happy with its performance.

The technician came out and examined the unit and tried to determine what was the cause of the issue. Despite his efforts, he could not locate the source of the matter and informed me that the office would be calling me back and providing me with a quote and a new control board for the HVAC unit. However, after he left, a few hours later, the unit started working. It would appear that some of the connections were either loose or corroded and the technician's work of trying to diagnose the problem actually fixed the problem.

They were running a little late, however they did call to advise us. They were professional and did a good job. I would recommend their services to others.
