The technician (Steve) arrived within the timeframe (between 1:30-3:30) stated which was rescheduled by the office this did cause me to have to leave work early. He was very professional and asked was I having any problems he listened to what I had to say and went straight to work. Within 45-50 minutes done and asking me if I felt the difference and I answered with a joyous YES. He even pointed out observations he made while working on the unit outside. This was a good experience

We cancelled with this company, no service performed, no one showed. First impressions are lasting and this company did not impress at all. Moving on to a company that is professional and can actual show up for service appointments.

They did such a great job. They are wonderful and I have been using them for years.

Everything was okay. They had to make repairs. The technician wasn't as friendly but the person I spoke to over the phone was very sweet. she was a very nice lady. I'm the owner of a unit that some body rents so he kind of actually coordinated more with that person than with me. So far so good. Its still holding up.

It went well, both inside and outside units and thermostat inspected and filter cleaned and new one replaced. Was pleased with all Steve did and my AC is running perfectly.

Made appointment with company. Company came right out and performed service. Issue was fixed with zero drama. Highly recommend this company, they are honest.

Went very well. They were on time and were very professional. They removed the old system and installed the new one without any issues. They instructed me on how to use the system and clean up after they were done. The only thing I would suggest is that they put on shoe covers when they come in and out of the house. I have very light carpet and had to vacuum up a lot of dirt after they left. Other than that, they were great!

See previous comments, the contractor serviced, checked and cleaned my inside and outside units and explained what he was doing and did not try to opressure me into buying some unneeded work or items as my previous service company did.

I have used Air McCall in the past and once again, they did not disappoint! When I purchased the A/C service on Angie's List, I was called the very next day and the technician was here that same day at the scheduled time. This is typical of Air McCall and is one example of why I use them whenever service is needed.

Wrong thermostat put on, but they came back promptly and replaced it.

I had 5 estimates from Angie's list A rated companies. They were the best priced. They put a system in my sisters house a couple weeks before mine. I definitely recommend them. I will continue to use them for regular maintenance.

The only issue I had was in scheduling the appointment. There was some miscommunication the first time, which should have been around Memorial Day (I had wondered about that at the time). Due to the holiday they were busy and got behind. I had to reschedule 2 other times (the guy had to cancel the 2nd time due to his van had issues so he couldn't make it). Overall it was fine since I still had a working AC unit so time wasn't of the essence. However had the AC not worked at the time this could have been a negative experience. I would use them again, the gentleman that worked on the unit was polite and I would trust him to come out again.

It went great. He showed up on time, did the job and there weere no HIDDEN CHARGES. This is the FIRST contractor I have used from Angie's that did not chareg higher than advertized.

My unit was restored quickly and has been working well since. These people will treat you right. I would reuse and recommend them.

There were no additional charges beyond the big deal price. I had a slight leak right after they came. I should have notified them right away and I didn't. But, I got it resolved. I actually resolved it on my own because when I called them and asked them about it, they said that I should have called them right up and they were right. It was my fault.

We have been customers for 39 years. The company worked us in to their already busy schedule. Technicians Guy, Daron, and Chris worked especially hard to get us back to having cold air once our compressor went out. It was a coordinated effort between the office staff, management, and the technicians to save us from another day of enduring the heat without air conditioning.
