He said a/c was beyond cleaning and advised I needed a new system. The technician was nice. I was satisfied.

I purchased the coupon to have annual checkup and maintenance done. I called for an appointment the following day between 1 and 3. Three o'clock came and went, and I proceeded to call the office, as I had been mostly home to make sure I was available. I was told that I should have received a phone call. I was told she would look into it. I received a call at 3:15 stating he was about 30 minutes out and asked for directions. He arrived at 3:45, no niceties, just straight to the point and the inspections. Everything turned out to be fine, but the system and the house were only a year old, so I did not suspect any issues. Towards the end, I did receive an apology, but I felt it was too little too late. Would not rehire.

They were professional and knowledgeable. New unit expertly installed.

Sales man was very friendly, and informative. Showed me what I could do to clean and maintain the system. He fixed a part that was about to break. Very happy with this company I will use again.

This was the first time I used this company and it did not go good: A technician came out in the morning (he was on time), performed the inspection, and noted on the invoice the a/c was working properly. Within hours after he left, it was 84 degrees in the house while the thermostat was set at 77 degrees... the A/C was broken. I called the company who said someone would be out shortly; 3 hours later, I had to call the company back who informed me they would look into it and call me back. The office never called me back, another technician finally came out and fixed the A/C problem. There was no apology, refund, or communication for the company regarding what the first technician did to our A/C. I didn't give the company an F because, ultimately, my A/C is working; however, I do not have faith to re-hire this company again.

Rob, the sales rep, was so knowledgeable and helpful. Paul and Thomas did the installation and we're just great. I would recommend Air McCall for any HVAC work.

All was going well until the flow line from unit to outside drain was clogged. Quite a bit of extra time was used to unclog the line. We thought he may have to come back another day with another chemical to clear the line, (meaning no AC for overnight, ugh!!) but he stuck it out and got the line cleared. He informed us on how to keep the line clear with monthly treatments. We paid a little extra for the extra time used and the additional chemical used to clear the line. Our original AC installer company was a small family run company and they retired, so we were looking for a new service provider. Air Mc Call was very professional and friendly and we will continue to use them in the future.

I arrived home to Florida to find that my air conditioner was not working and it was 93 degrees in the house. I called Air McCall and they came out within three hours. It turns out that the unit was struck by lightening and they were able to fix it right away. They told us it was covered under our warranty as well. The technician was awesome!

The company called and said that the technician was on his way. He was on time and ready to go. I showed him where the air handler was and outdoor unit and he was off and doing his thing. He informed me that every checked out great, the system was cooling right and the system is running well.

He arrived on time and was very professional and easy to talk with. He performed the needed services and did not over charge.

The service person showed up on time, having already called me to let me know he'd be here in 30 minutes. He inspected each part of the system carefully, explained all that he did. Asked me several times if I had any questions, and provided helpful answers to my questions. Very professional and helpful. Was pleased with the service.

This was a big deal purchase. It turned out great; that was good. They gave me the service and then something happened with the A/C. They came back and repaired it. It is working great now. When the guy came back out I think he said the first guy had done something he shouldn't have done, because he gave me some refrigerant and the guy said I shouldn't have gotten the refrigerant if the air was working good. And something else happened and the second guy came out. It cost me over $500 to get the whole thing fixed. But I was very satisfied with that second service. I have nothing to compare the price to. I don't know if they overcharged me or if I could have gotten a better deal someplace else. The first guy gave me something that I really didn't need initially and that drove the price up on the initial visit. The first guy, I think he messed up a little. As soon as I said I had a problem they sent somebody right out. He came at the end of his work day because he was here until after 10:00 that night. He had a regular scheduled workday and then he came after his scheduled workday to help me out. He gave me a little deduction in the cost. He was here for about 2-1/2 hour and reduced the time to about 2 hours. It is working great. They were very polite and they did what they were supposed to do.

It was great John Luke took care of my problems and we are cool again. The price was fair and I will be calling back for all my service.

After 16 years and the occasional leak it was time to replace my heat pump. I subscribe to Consumer Reports and Angie's List and utilized those two subscriptions to narrow my choice of heat pump brand and installer. Consumer Reports utilizes nearly 16,000 survey responses to come up with their list of "most reliable" brands. To my surprise, American Standard topped their list. I know they make sinks and toilets; didn't know they were in the heat pump business. I then utilized Angie's List to help me select from more than 50+ A-rated installers in the Northeast Florida area. After filtering my search field further, I came up with a list of 5 installers and ultimately received a written estimate from each. While Air McCall didn't provide the lowest estimate of the five I received, I felt the most comfortable going with them. Their Sales & IAQ Manager (Robert B.) was informative and just seemed to answer my many questions in a straightforward manner. With a couple of the other sales representatives that came to my house, I got the feeling they were dodging some of my questions or simply not answering all of them honestly. The two installers (Paul B. & Tommy S.) arrived as scheduled (you'd be amazed at the number of other companies who don't show within a reasonable time of their scheduled appointment). They were both very personable and efficient and went out of their way to fix the things the home builder and prior AC techs did shabbily. Once they were done they fully cleaned the areas they worked in, inside and outside of the house and hauled away all debris and the old system. Couldn't tell they were even here. Another positive with Air McCall is they provided a 2-year labor warranty, whereas all of the other companies I received estimates from only provided a one-year labor warranty. I plan to utilize Air McCall for periodic maintenance/upkeep, not just because they installed the system, but because of their professionalism. I didn't get the feeling they were trying to persuade me to buy a more expensive item or to buy any superfluous add-ons.

Bought a new home and AC had built up a lot of debris due to previous owner not changing filter. He showed me pictures he was able to get with sticking his camera inside, wrote out some quotes of options and Instead of installing a new unit they installed a UV light to kill off all the gunk built up on the coils. Definitely worked, the air feels/ smells cleaner. Very helpful and friendly service.

From the time of the estimate to installation the overall experience was Superb. Great group of professional experts in their field.

Using their service for the second time. In both instances they've been professional, efficient and courteous. Will definitely stick with them for future service calls.

Toby came out and gave me an estimate for a new AC Unit. I had already received 5 other estimates. Air McCall was not the lowest or the highest. They fell in with three other companies. Air McCall had the best labor warranty of all estimates. (3 Years). The reason I chose Air McCall was their reviews on Angie's List. Any company that has over 250 straight A's for reviews must be doing something right. Based on that I chose this company. Tomm and Brian came out this morning (3/29/16) and installed the unit. Was I impressed. This team of installers were the best I have ever experienced. These guys were a precision team. It looks like Air McCall is my AC guys for quite some time. I still can't get over what a professional install they did.

The service guy called ahead of time let us know he is on his way arrived on time. He did changed both filter, serviced both AC. Very nice guy. Even though he was hurting from the River Run he ran the day before he did a great job. We had Nice conversation told us what we need to do in the future. Happy with the service.

Fine I guess, we'll see. He spent a minimum amount of time here.
