Description of Work: They did a tune-up and cleaning. They also found a bent blower wheel which was replaced next day. The service was very good and reasonable.

Description of Work: My a/c stopped working. I had changed from heat to a/c for the season and it simply would not come on. The representative arrived on time, was very courteous, ran checks and discovered that my dirty filter probably caused a short (safety mechanism) which kept the a/c from overheating and possibly starting a fire. He found the electrical box and switched the circuit to "on". We got rid of the old filter and it's running beautifully.

Description of Work: I purchased the $59.00 annual check up plan.The day i scheduled their service,it rained and had to reschedule it.The guy told me that if it rains he cannot do any check ups outside.This was the reason for rescheduling the service the first time.The second time,he came home even though it was raining ,tried to switch off the ac switch in the garage.I wasn't home when he did this and he told my wife that he heard some loud noise and advised us to hire an electrician .He asked for another check for $49.00 (which my wife wrote him).Also he said the compressor was not working.When I came home and tried to reproduce the issue he told us about,i dint find anything wrong.So we called them and another guy came some other day(his guy knew what he was doing) and did the check ups and saw that the compressor was working as it is supposed to.So I ended up paying an extra $49.00 without getting any extra service

Explained everything while he did it and made a number of suggestions for keeping things cleaned and cleared, and why it was important. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Description of Work: I bought a diagnostic check for one unit because it was having problems and I bought a routine service check for our other unit. Service was good but we found out we needed to replace the unit with the problems. Everything went fine. The only thing that kind of bugged me was that most companies put the service fee toward your bill if you have to have something much bigger done to your unit. In our case, we had to purchase a whole new unit and they wouldn't put the small $49 diagnostic fee toward the new unit. So I bought it elsewhere.
