Affordable Water has been treating water in Jacksonville and the surrounding area since 1989. We have 8 full time plumbers that service and install water treatments systems installed by Affordable Water as well as servicing other companies systems. We have 7 ladies in the office to answer your phone calls. 3 full time drivers to deliver your salt. I'm sorry my response time to the appointment was delayed after meeting with you on 7/22/15. I was under the impression your plumber was going to be calling me on Monday 7/27/15 when you said he was scheduled to be at your home. When I didn't hear from him, I went ahead and quoted the job on 7/28/15 noting the support plate (floor) for water softening system would be provided by others, which is what I was going to discuss with plumber. The price for the system was higher than normal due to the need for 2 installers and a ladder system to install, which takes a lot more time. I apologize for any misunderstanding. This company was great. We were very impressed with how well we were treated. The man was very polite and he really knew exactly what he was doing. He was very clean and presentable. He came fully equipped for the job. He was very kind for trying to get this done under warranty. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: We had a man from Affordable Water repair our Kenmore water softener that stopped softening the water. He had to replace a gasket and a rotor in the tank. He was able to get it fixed under warranty. The job would have cost us a 100 dollars, but instead we only paid about 40 dollars for the in home visit.

The employees of Affordable Water are wonderful people. It is a big company, but they always know your name when you call or stop by. In this area we have some of the worst water you can find anywhere. In our house, though, the water is terrific, thanks to them.
