Quick response for quote request. Explained system well. No pressure. Stewart installed the system. He was courteous, pleasant and knowledgeable. Kept the area very clean. Overall, we were very pleased.

Great to work with a family run business. Very personable and professional from the top down. Spoke with owner Terri on what we needed last week and got her son Adam to visit our home and assess what was needed. He went over the options and promptly scheduled appointment to have everything installed. Everyone was on time and very nice to work with. Terry was the technician that installed everything and he was professional and polite and worked very quickly. Even though we had a glitch (only had 1 of the filters on hand when we had an order for 3) he quickly worked it out with the office and found one of his compatriots in the area that had extra 2 filters which he left and came back with to install. So he got all the work done in the same day and in a timely fashion even with curve ball thrown at him. We're looking to install a full water filtration system for the entire house but due to some design issues of our current house, it will be a bit more difficult to install and definately cost more had we already had a water loop preinstalled with the house. Adam came up with a solution and when we do decide to do this we will definitely go with this company and these wonderful people again.

I was quickly transferred to the owner who was very helpful answering my questions and offering suggestions. I was trying to decide if it was worth paying the builder to install the Water Softener Loop with 110V Outlet or to wait until after the house was built. Even though the provider could have made more money by suggesting I wait he suggested to have it done up front. I will definte use this provider when I am ready to install the water softener.

The company provided professional personnel from the sales staff to the installation folks. The system was expertly installed and works better than advertised.

15 year old water conditioning system quit working. Called makers of system who gave me Affordable Water as their local supplier. Called Affordable Water to schedule appointment to determine if old system could be fixed. Affordable Water representative (owner) called and came by to look at old system and give me other options with a new system. Made more sense (and probably cheaper) to install new system with warranty. From initial call to Affordable Water to installation of new system and removal of old was less than a week. Everyone I talked to was professional, pleasant, and very helpful. Technician was extremely capable and didn't charge extra for me hanging over his shoulder and asking a ton of questions. I highly recommend this company.

The company goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Mark, the owner, came out to look over my old well system and make recommendations. There was a large concentration of sulfur in my water which was obvious from the smell. He gave me a couple of alternatives and helped me decide which system would best meet my needs. He suggested a less expensive system that met all my needs. Refreshing not to get the high pressure salesman pushing you into a more expensive system. Their price was close to the do it yourself products on the internet. Big difference is they handle the installation and you have someone in town to service your filter if the need arises. They were very flexible in scheduling an install. Chris did a great job with a clean installation. He answered all my questions about the new system. Really pleased with the water quality. I highly recommend this company, best in JAX.

The moment the person showed up to give me a quote until the time the installer left this process was easy and very professional. The quality of the job is top notch and a great price. The installer was on time and killed himself in this FL heat to do a outstanding install job. They even hauled away at no additional cost the excess dirt from the dry well install. Awesome company.

Everything from the first phone contact to the installation was done in a highly professional way. Affordable Water is a local family owned business with many years of experience. The owner answers the phone and their son Adam made the sales call the next day. He provided the information needed to make our decision without a hard sell or exaggeration of the potential side effects of the local water and its chlorination. We have had softeners in our other homes and knew what we wanted and needed to remove the hardness and chemicals; his presentation was right on so we didn't or weren't tempted to overbuy something that was nice but not needed. Good price, professional installation with an on-time arrival.. We are highly satisfied with the entire experience.

Bought a house with a water softner system, which I have never had before. After 2 months in the house, I wondered if I was supposed to have done something with it. Called Affordable Water the company on the tank label and explain situation. The person on the phone willingly said she would walk me through it. After talking several minutes and based on what I was feeding back to her she suggested that I have someone come out to service it the first time and show me how to service it myself. We scheduled the appointment. I believe it was Stewart that came out to do my service. He walked me through how to change the sink filter and made sure I had it written down correctly so I could do it myself next time. Then we went to the units in the garage. What I liked most about Stewart is that before he opened the units he told me what he expected to see if everything was good. When we opened them and that was not what we saw, he explained what the issue was and what the correction was. He fully educated my on how the system works and what salt I should use to service it. I rated the price a n/a because I have no idea if $425 was good or bad for this service, I have nothing to compare it to. The service was replace the sink filter and provide an extra for next time. Empty the salt container and fill with new salt. Replace the resin in the tank, replace the washer, and service the tank. I have no suggestions for improvement. The service was very professional and while I was not expecting a $425 bill when I called about how to maintain my system, I am happy with the service and feel that they did exactly what was needed and educated me on what I needed to do.

Were on time and finished the job. We signed up for the salt route and it is very nice not to worry about the salt. They come every 8 to 9 weeks and take care of the salt and check the system.

Installer arrived 1.5 hours after my appointment window. Window was 12-2. Called at 2 and said it would be closer to 3. Finally showed at 3:30. I live in a condo and installer had done no prior research from past customers to determine how to turn off water and install. Asked me if he could cut a hole in my wall. I spent half an hour tracking down the propery maintenance man to come show the installer what to do. Once the installation was complete, installer was very nosey - looking over my husband's shoulder at his computer and asking what he was doing.

They were great to deal with from the first phone call until the completed installation.

Our water softener went haywire and sent "resin" throughout our house reducing the faucets output to a dribble. We called Affordable Water's main line first thing in the morning and they explained how to fix it and saved the day. They came out a few days later (first available) to give us a repair estimate or replacement cost if it couldn't be fixed. Well, it couldn't be fixed and we can't afford a new one yet, but we're definitely going to call Affordable Water first! Thanks again Affordable Water!

They are very good and very responsive. It is a family-operated company, they take pride in what they do, and they don't work on commission. They provide the service and stay as long as necessary to get the job done right and to also show you how to operate it.

Salt was delivered on time. We are so satisfied with this company. They continue to service and we don't have to worry about the maintenance of the equipment. We highly recommend Affordable Water.

I chose Affordable Water based on their Angie's List reviews. Mark, the owner, responded to my email within 24 hours and came out the same day to provide an estimate. He performed a water hardness test and clearly explained the install and written estimate. Never did I feel like I was being 'sold'. It was clear that Mark knew his business and truly believed in his product. He listened to my needs and answered my questions clearly. The install was seamless and went exactly how Mark explained. The installer explained how the system works, in terminology I could understand, and showed me some of the basics. He left the areas, where he was working, as clean or cleaner than when he arrived. I haven't had to touch the system since the install. Three weeks after the install, I decided to go with the salt delivery service. They will fill the salt tank and provide a system check up?I don't have to do a thing! I currently rent the unit and plan to continue my service when I move to my new home. We LOVE our new Ultimate II water softener and reverse osmosis! The staff is so nice and we cannot say enough nice things about Adam! We talked to other water softener companies and we felt very uncomfortable, because they tried to pressure us. We felt very comfortable with Adam and we knew right away that we wanted to go with Affordable Water! Jason & Terrance were a pleasure to work with and they did a great job installing!

From start to finish, Affordable Water was impressive. I actually called to set up an appointment on a holiday weekend and Mark called me back within an hour. I was very surprised! The quote for the job was half of what other brands were quaoing me and there was only a 2 day wait for installation. The installer did a very professional job and now our water is unbelivably soft. I would definitely recommend Affordable Water to anyone who's looking for a new softner. I especially like their salt delivery program. Now I don't half to pick up a big bag of salt at the store, lug it home and lift it into the container. Very convenient!

There was a minor problem with the setting of the water cycling but the service call took care of that in minutes. I have had no problem and already see the benefit of having the water softener system installed.

Initially had problems with softener nor working after service call. The owner took charge, did some trouble shooting for us and now everything is working as if new!

Our water softener quit working and after reading reviews on Angies List, we called Mark Kinder of Affordable Water. Spoke with the secretary and then to Mark, himself. He came out personally and assessed our situation, tested our water (for free) and gave us a price quote for our needs. Because we drink bottled water we decided to get a water purifier also. The cost for both was a little over $1800.00 including labor and tax and three 80lb bags of salt for free. He spent alot of time answereing our questions and scheduled a prompt installation. We are so very pleased with the service we have received. David installed the units yesterday. Was a rainy, cold miserable day and David was very professional, knowledgable and patient with all our questions and concerns. We also signed up for salt delivery through this company as we can't buy it ourselves for the cost they offer. Very pleased with our warranties and shouldn't have to replace again in our lifetime. The softeners we bought through Lowes and Home Depot lasted about 3 years each. If you are considering, don't go that route. We highly, highly recommend Affordable Water!

Mark of Affordable Water came over, on time, and very professionally explained the system he had available for us. He took the time to explain everything that would be available to us, showed us options that were also available. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and took the time to go into detail on a variety of questions. The day of the install went smooth as pie!! The first to come was the Plumber, Dale. He was on time, courteous and professional, and definitely knew what he was doing! He performed the task of installing the drainage system for my water softner. He cleaned up after he was done, the work was done quick and professional. Next I had my water softner installed. The worker that came was also professional and courteous. He took the time to help me understand the workings of the system more. Explained in detail all he was doing as he went along. Was concerned when I had to move some stuff and did not hesitate to help. He listened to my concerns and addressed each one. He was a wealth of information and extremely courteous and patient with all of my questions. After the work was completed the clean-up began. He cleaned up any and all dust, pipe pieces etc and left my garage as clean as it was when he arrived. I was very impressed at the quality of work and the professional of both the company and the employees they have come out to perform the work for their clients. Very pleased!! I have already recommended them to my friends here to use their services if they do not have a water system already installed and even if they do and need some assistance. Thank you!!!
