They called when they found out that the laptop's hard drive was defective and searched for certain files that were important to me on the corrupted hard drive. They are extremely customer service oriented. I mentioned that I had brought ram and they placed it in my computer for no extra charge. I would definetly use them again.

Went in with a busted screen and less than 30 minutes later I left with a fixed laptop! Everywhere else I checked wanted more money and had to order the screen. They had one right there! Side note- loved the display on the wall paying tribute to veterans.

I called Russell because I could not get my computer to stay connected to the internet. I work from a home office, so connectivity is very important to my business. He came out the next day, and cleaned out my computer, consulted with me on what I should do to maximize my connectivity issues, and even provided a phone consult the next day! There were no hidden fees, and I will be having him back to provide maintenace for all our computers!

I took my old Dell and a recent computer ( the above estimate was for one computer) the other lap top was less serious($89.00) Fixed my problems, on time and gave me advice as how to care for it. I tool it back because some of the info was not forwarded. they fixed and repaired it to my satisfaction

I took my laptop that was infected with numerous of viruses that had me looking to buy a new laptop. Additionally, I also took my husband's laptop, for repair. Mr. Sweet quoted $218.00 (+ tax), which included the standard service fee, along with the cost of a fan motor (if needed for my husband's laptop), virus removal, and malware protection. My total bill with tax was $192, and both computers are working in great shape. I'm thrilled with both computers. Mr. Sweet and his staff were wonderful, I will definitely use his services again, if needed.

Both when they were at my home and when I called with questions afterwards they were very helpful. I'll use them again.

I received a call the day after I dropped the computer off to inform me that it needed more work than originally thought. I was assured the quoted price would remain the same even though more time was needed to complete the job. By day three, I got the call to come pick up my repaired computer. Not being particularly computer literate, I needed some on the phone help after I got home, to begin using my 'puter. Charles was very helpful and patient answering all my elementary questions. Having become aware of the different anti-virus they had installed on the unit they had already repaired, I wondered if I should do the same to another unit I have. Charles told me to bring it in and he would install it for a cheaper price than I would be charged online. I took my 7 year old grandson and the other lap-top and drove back to the shop. While Charles was installing the program he answered a multitude of questions from my grandson and myself. Both of us left there feeling grateful for, not only the time given for the installation, (which was only the $20 quoted on the phone), but for all the information. My grandson, was talking to him about Mindcraft and problems he encountered. Charles was more than glad to explain, in detail, how to handle it and what caused it. Aiden said he felt like he had attended a class because of what he had learned in the shop today. "Thank You, Affordable Computer Repair. You are the best." By the way, I had used their services before but was not yet a member of Angie's List. This is why I know their work is good. And, this time I got the Angie's List discounted price.

Professional in all respects. Location a busy drive from home, but well worth it.

Affordable Computer Repair of Jax does not work hourly. He charges a set price whether he spends 15 minutes or 6 hours to complete the job. He will either come to my home or I can drop off my computer at his establishment. I have found him extremely easy to work with and he takes away some of the frustration. It is better for my blood pressure to call Affordable Computer Repair of Jax.
