Technician arrived on time and was very professional. The office staff I talked to was extremely polite and helpful in scheduling the appointment and changing it twice due to a conflict I had with a moving company. They even helped me on receiving a discount for the services provided. This company will go the extra mile in making sure the job gets done. They treat their customers well and their work is very good and fast. I highly recommend A & C for all your carpet cleaning needs.

They did an excellent job and the price was so reasonable. The rug and carpet are the cleanest they have ever been. The carpet in the living and dining rooms look almost new.

I have 5 rooms, a hallway, and a staircase which are carpeted and needed to be cleaned. The carpet techs worked very h****** each area and everything looked 100% better when they were done. I would definitely hire them again to clean my carpets!

Highly recommend them! I've used several local companies before and should have been using A&C all along. The service was superior, the guys who cleaned couldn't have been nicer (very professional!) and best of all the carpet is cleaner than it's ever been. Even two spots that the previous carpet cleaning company couldn't get out, are GONE! I am very satisfied and impressed. Try them once and you'll be like me... that's it, I'm not using anyone else from now on. And, they arrived on time and even called to update me on the arrival time. They didn't even blink an eye at the fact that it was three stories, they just got right on it and were done in no time. I found them on Angie's List, which always works for me!

They tried very hard to remove some stains but not all of them came out. He sprayed with a spot remover and said it would continue to work after he left, but no guarantee the stains would be gone. They did not go away but they were improved some. I did not expect them to completely be gone because some were older pet stains. They tried their best.

The company called the day before to confirm the appointment. The techs called the day of the service to inform me of their arrival time. They were professional and respectful of the property. They explained everything thoroughly. All of the rooms look great. They did an excellent job in the room with the pet damage, which also included a rust stain. They made me feel free to call if I had any questions or problems. I had delayed cleaning the carpets due to previous experiences with other companies. I highly recommend A&C Carpet Cleaning!

The original quote over the phone was for $150. When the two technicians arrived they gave me a new quote for $228. They could not reach "Emily" to discuss the difference. They explained that she probably did not know how extensive the cleaning of the pet stains would be. I agreed to allow an additional $50 for that part of the service. There appears to be a disconnect that should be addressed. The two gentlemen did a very thorough job. It took them about 2 hours and the results were great. I will definitely use them again.

I bought a $150 offer for 4 rooms of carpet cleaning via a special offer from A & C through Angie's list after reading the excellent reviews on the firm. However, after discussion with Jackie and Marshall when they arrived at my home and inspected my carpeting, I decided to pay extra for the "deep scrub" treatment, and I'm glad I did so. They were very thorough and explained to me exactly what they were doing during the 2+ hours spent on my carpeting. Their method is a steam cleaning treatment as opposed to a strictly chemical method. I could not be more pleased with the results. I had some serious stains such as spilled red wine, ground in grime from grandkids' dirty feet, a few dog accidents, etc. I was skeptical about how much luck they would have with some of the stains as my carpeting is a very light beige color which shows everything. I was never able to do much with the stains myself with spray on cleaners, and another carpet cleaning provider I tried really didn't achieve very good results either. However, A & C was able to completely remove all the stains as well as general ground in dirt from several years hard use, particularly in high traffic areas. They are definitely the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used, and I've used quite a few in several different homes. I can honestly say that my carpeting now looks as good as it did the day I bought my house brand new. Furthermore, Jackie and Marshall were extremely courteous, attentive and professional throughout the process. I will definitely use A & C again for my carpet cleaning needs.

Jackie called to say they could come earlier than scheduled if it was okay with me. Therefore, they arrived a little around one instead of the scheduled time of two. They were both very personable, polite, and professional young men. They even offered to help me put something on a high shelf that I was having difficulty with and I took them up on the offer! They moved furniture where needed and cleaned and deodorized the carpet in little more than an hour. My house smells great and Jackie gave me spot cleaner, too! Even the spots I was concerned about are a thing of the past. Now I understand why Angie's List has so many glowing reports on this company! I'll definitely be using them again and again. The Angie's List coupon was a great deaI and I couldn't be happier!

They described just what would be done and an approximate time frame and price. Until they actually had the rug this couldn't be exact. We dropped off and picked up the rug to save their pick up and delivery fee. It was finished under the estimated time and the cost was less than the estimate. The rug looks beautiful. I am very happy with the service and will use this company in the future.

I used Angie's List to find them and took advantage of a special member deal. Booked/paid through Angie's list, they called me and we discussed options for needed services. On the day of my appt. Jackie called to let me know he was running a little EARLY! Imagine that. He arrived and we discussed the service to be completed, no additional "sales pitch". No you actually "need" this $$ service instead of what you paid for. He examined the carpets, explained the treatment and got to work. I have one trouble spot that he stated may have too much damage to be completely resolved, he was honest and upfront which I truly appreciated. (He worked on it and it's 99% improved!) After cleaning he asked me to double check and make sure I was satisfied. I was and then some! They are polite and honest about everything. It was an absolute pleasure to book a service and have it completed thoroughly and hassle free. I will most definitely recommend them and use their services in the future.

This company is a customer's dream! From the very first call to the last detail, they were punctual, polite, and professional. We recently purchased an older home built in 1978 with remodeling to be take place over several months. We needed to have the existing carpet cleaned before we moved in January 2014. We called A&C Carpet Cleaning based on reviews on Angie's List. We arranged everything over the phone and they cleaned the carpet even though we were still out of state waiting to move in to our new home. The cleaned and sanitized carpet was pristine! We were very happy with the results. We were so happy with A&C that we called them again for additional service. Our new old home has a beautiful flagstone floor in the entry and living room area. To the best of our knowledge, it had never been cleaned. Our contractor originally hired a company that was supposed to clean it before we moved in with a "dry ice" type of service. When we arrived to move in, the floor had not been cleaned. The excuse was their equipment had broken down and they didn't know when it would be repaired. We were desperate! We immediately called A&C Carpet Cleaning. They listened to our situation and we made an appointment for the next day. Jackie and his partner arrived, explained what they were going to do, and began cleaning. The floor was filthy with grime from 35 years worth of walking on it and the dust and dirt from the remodel. They hand scrubbed the stone and mortar, then machined-cleaned and finally sealed the floor. It is beautiful! I cannot recommend them highly enough! In fact, we are bringing them back to seal grout on our new tile. You cannot go wrong with A&C!

Pick up onetime, Return over a month after promised. One carpet had to be re done.

Best job of cleaning we have ever had done. Have always used a different company in the past, but tried A&C due to their rating on Angies List. We will be useing A&C in the furure. Everything went perfectly. I needed the tile & grout on a rental unit clean quickly before my new tenants moved in. A&C worked with me and got the job done right away. The floors looked new again.

The service was fine. They did the work quickly and I thought it would take longer but they did a great job. I was sneezing a lot before the service and after that it went away. The carpets were clean and he let me know that the high traffic areas would not look brand new. He gave a good expectation for the service. I live on the third floor and when I read the Big Deal I thought that there was not an additional cost but they added $15.00 to the price. I did feel the price was a little high as I have seen other coupons for a lower cost. They called me to schedule and they let me know ahead of time when they were coming.

Without a hitch! Fabulous from the first contact to schedule. It couldn't have gone better . Jacky did the work and he was prompt called when in route and did a great job. Honest about old stains and even gave me tips on treating future ones as well as a sample spot treatment. Great company to work with from start to finish and so glad I went with a trusted Angie's List co! They even did a followup call to make sure I was pleased.
