They did a good job. They were fair priced.

A&C Carpet arrived on time on the designated day per the $150.00 deal purchased on Angie's List. A&C cleaned four rooms of carpet and a stairwell. Moved furniture that was accessible as well as placing other furniture on removable blocks in order to completely clean carpets. A&C did a good job deep cleaning soiled areas on carpet. Paid an additional $81.00 over and above the $150.00 deal offered on Angie's List for carpet scotch-guard treatment which was not mentioned as a part of the deal. Be sure to inquire about any additional costs associated with this treatment if this is an option for you. Overall, A&C did an excellent job of cleaning all of the carpet.

very well did some extra requested services and was very flexible

Since this is a Super Service company we were disappointed with the results. The man showed up about 9:15 am for an 8 am appointment. Additionally, we had requested pet treatment as part of the service. It was either not performed or performed poorly. Only one worker showed up for the job and my wife helped move dining room chairs. Also, the worker had no little sheets to put under the furniture, the carpet was not stained but it should be done just in case it may. We had this same company in a year before and they had done an excellent job cleaning and performing pet treatment.

Scheduling was easy and the employees are very friendly. The cleaning itself was not as good as I have had with other companies. The carpets were ok. The couch still had a couple minor spots and the smell it left was not good! I would not suggest the furniture dry cleaning at all. It was not worth the money.

I had a 9 x 12 and 8 x 10 area rug cleaned. The cleaning was fine and as priced. My rugs were taken outside to clean and I was disappointed that they were not brought back into the house.

A&C did an awesome job as they have for me in the past. They take their time and they do the job right and are very careful to not pull their hoses and lines across furniture and the flooring.

Pros- Arrived on time and I thought their price was good. Tech was very nice Cons- After he completed the job we thought the carpets, although OK, did not look as good as other carpet cleaning companies had done in the past. Carpet was left too wet Tech said he had run out of the blocks to place our furniture on until dry. When I scheduled the job I asked to include to have our carpets stretched. When I asked the tech about it he said he did not want to do it. (I felt as though he may have been rushed for time) Seeing the other reviews on this company (reason why we chose them) I feel this may have just been a bad day, but regardless this is a review of our experience on this particular day.

Two nice people who did a great job.

The service was great. I purchased a Big Deal though Angie's List and contacted the provider a few days later after a long weekend to schedule service for several weeks later. There were no issues getting scheduled for the date and time of my preference, even though I was more than a month out. A few days before the scheduled service they reached out to me to confirm since it had been so long. On the day of they showed up on time and went right to work. We had already moved a significant portion of our smaller items to tiled areas of our home and the overall service time took slightly more than two hours. The carpets looked great and they were able to lessen the appearance of some very old wine stains. We would absolutely use again!

They did a pretty good job although some of the stains were not completely removed. They had cautioned that this might be the case due to the fragility of the carpets. Service was completed within a couple of weeks.

Called A&C with a narrow window to schedule an appointment. They were cheerfully accommodating and worked with my needs.Jackie the tech arrived with a heads up call when he was on the way. He was knowledgeable, efficient and patient with all my questions. His work ethic, explanations and results actually exceeded my expectations. I knew a professional cleaning would make a difference but I was really surprised at how much. Fabulous job. I heartily recommend Jackie and A&C and will certainly use them again.

I needed our carpets cleaned anyway, but when I spilled a cup of coffee I knew it was really time. They came out and did a great job. The stain did not come all the way out, but more because I had treated it myself and that was a big no-no but the company was great. They were on-time, called when they said they would, were in and out and even moved the furniture.

Everything came out ok. The grout continued to soak up water.

They were really good and I will definitely use them again. I've had other companies in the past that did great work, but A&C really exceeded expectations and did some amazing work cleaning my sectional.

Our old dog is losing bladder control...we have been using a spotbot and soap to clean up....and the dirt just ground in! The cleaner from A&C not only treated the "favorite place" with enzyme, he worked the area to get the soap up to keep it clean. He also gave special attention to traffic areas and where the rug meets the hardwood floor...all these eyesores look soooo good now! We will only use A&C in the future.

They did a great job, I will certainly use them again. It was a good deep clean and the results were very noticeable.

I have nearly white carpet in two large bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom with a heavy traffic pattern from the door to the aster bathroom. I get my carpets cleaned every 6-8 months but this is the first time I've used A&C Carpet. Every other company has charged more and couldn't get the traffic pattern out. A&C did just that and made both rooms look like new. Furthermore their price, considering the size of both rooms, was very reasonable. The technician was very professional, did not try to upsell, and was polite and efficient.

I was a bit nervous about hiring someone to clean my carpet as it is about 20 years old, has never been cleaned and I have 5 cats. I shouldn't have worried. Jackie put me at ease, and he and Clay got right to work cleaning my dirty carpet and sofa. I wasn't looking for a miracle, just cleaner and less smelly carpets. A&C Carpet Cleaning exceeded my expectations in getting most of the stains out (remember, 20 year old never been cleaned carpet), making my carpet look so much better and feel and smell clean. Jackie and Clay worked non stop, were pleasant, professional and moved 3 items that I asked them to move without hesitation. They were careful of tvs, picture frames, mementos, walls, etc. not touching anything. Also the lady (ladies) I spoke to on the phone making and receiving a confirmation call about the appointment were equally pleasant and professional. I am so glad I had this done and wish I had done it long ago! I highly recommend A&C Carpet Cleaning.

Very professional service person. Great cleaning job.

Paid approx $250 for a different vendor to come in and shampoo a carpet. After a week, the perfume wore off, and the original odor returned. Contacted this vendor about a steam extraction, and they were more expensive, but they were able to do the job correctly. I would recommend them for tough jobs.

I had bad spots in the living room and they came to clean carpets- the cleaner hose was clogged but Jackie fixed it and ran over the area again. They actually came back and redid the living room and the spots lifted amazingly. Great service.

The technician arrived on time for both the estimate and the actual work. He was vey friendly and professional. No pressure sales and did not try to up sell. He did a great job especially cleaning the grout. I felt the price was fair based on the condition of the grout and the amount of tile and carpet that was cleaned.
