Description of Work: They did a good job cleaning the carpets, however, I paid for 3 areas of cleaning on Angie's List. When they got to my house my wife was home and I was still at work. They advised they would not be moving furniture, 2 chairs and a couch, so my wife who just had major back surgery moved the chairs and the couch was left in its original location. When they completed the service, I was advised that I owed them another $54 after paying $130 for 3 areas. The cleaned the living room and a hallway. The living room is decent size maybe maybe 600 square feet at most. I had about a 30 square foot of area that had pet stains on it. I guess due to the treatment of the carpet for the pet stains, they felt the need to charge me am additional $54 in addition to the $130 paid for deal on Angie's List for 3 areas. The did a 600 Square foot area with a small area of pet stains and a very small hallway. I think we were ripped off and over charged. I had used the company before and had a great experience. The worker that came out on that trip helped me move furniture and cleaned pet stains. Did not charge additional fee. They still did a great job with the cleaning this time but was not happy with the additional fee as they did not do 3 areas. Just 1 and a small attached hallway.

Description of Work: We have a cat who decided when we adopted another that HE'D STOP USING HIS LITTER BOX. tHIS WENT ON FOR SEVERAL MONTHS BEFORE WE REALIZED IT, AND WE'VE BEEN TRYING TO FIX IT EVER SINCE. WHAT WE NEEDED WAS A THROUGH, PROFESSIONAL CLEANING OF THE ROOM AND CARPET INVOLVED, PLUS AN HONEST EVALUATION OF WHETHER OR NOT SUCH ACTIONS WOULD EVER RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. THEY DID BOTH - A GREAT JOB CLEANING THE PLACE, THEN WHEN THE ODOR RETURNED, A VISIT BY A SUPERVISOR TO CLOSELY EXAMINE THE CARPET. WE'RE NOT DELIGHTED WE'LL HAVE TO REPLACE IT, BUT AT LEAST NOW WE KNOW FOR SURE WHAT WE'RE DEALING WITH, AND WE'RE VERY GRATEFUL

Description of Work: They are a first rate operation. They performed everything as agreed upon and did an extra small foyer and treated pet stains for a reasonable additional fee. We were very pleased with the final results. We highly recommend them after using them for the first time.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in three rooms and a hall. A&C rep did it all in under 1 1/2 hours. He also left a spot cleaner to use for future small problems, which we found to work very well. All in all a good experience.
