Serving the Jacksonville, FL area since 2006, A&C Carpet Cleaning and Restoration Inc is a family owned and operated, full service carpet cleaning and restoration company. We are so sure you will be satisfied with our services, that we guarantee it. A&C offers the highest quality residential and commercial carpet cleaning, carpet repair, tile and grout cleaning, water damage restoration, pressure washing, and upholstery, oriental rug, leather, mattress and pet urine odor cleaning as well. All of our team members are trained to deliver the most outstanding service experience ever. As for our technical knowledge, we are second to none. Our technicians are certified through the I.I.C.R.C. and follow the cleaning principles set forth in their guidelines. We have won the Angies List super service award annually.

Description of Work: I just wanted tile and grout cleaned and sealed on various floors. Basically, my tile is clean, but the tile sometimes requires extra cleaning, so I was hoping to have a full clean and seal of the tile and grout. | |After the application and residual odor, it was not done. The follow up was the same. My floors look the same they did before. | |They said if I was not satisfied, they would come back again. I'm not asking for them again.

I am sorry you were not happy with the work, as the technician had stated to you, you have 2 different shades of grout. Cleaning removes the soil within the grout but can not do anything with the different shades. Thank you for your feedback.

I emailed them after viewing their website. I got a phone call very soon after. I was impressed how quickly I got a response. They were professional and I was able to choose a time that (I thought) worked well for me. My schedule changed a couple days before they were set to come and I was able to reschedule without any problem. The 2 men that came were polite and personable. They measured the rooms and gave me a fair quote for cleaning the carpet. For the wool rug, they took it off-site since there was no place for it to dry in my house (It couldn't go back on the wet carpet). They did a very thorough job on both the carpet and the rug. The carpet was damp for about 6 hours - which I expected. They delivered the rug 2 days later and it felt AWESOME. I had just had it cleaned in May (by another company) so I didn't really think it needed to be cleaned. However, they gave me a such a great price so I went ahead and had it cleaned. I am so glad I did. We spend a lot of time on this rug and it feels great! I have already recommended A&C to friends. I will use them for all future carpet cleaning. We have a toddler and 2 dogs so it won't be long before it needs to be done again!
Description of Work: Steam cleaned 2 large rooms and a hallway. Also cleaned a 9x12 wool rug.

They were great, they called to confirm the appointment and called to let me know they were on their way to the house. They were very professional and knew what they were doing.
