They do excellent work. They can get stains out of anything. I have had a really good experience with this company.

I was exceptionally pleased with the outcome. The technicians were on time, very professional, moved all furniture, and worked quickly. Some spots I thought would never come out, did. I will use them again.

Our carpets were still dirty despite a cleaning from a different service. Jackie arrived on time, was polite & very knowledgeable. Majority of spots left by previous service were able to be removed. He was in & out in no time & left no mess behind, unlike the previous service we used. He was also kind enough to leave behind a complimentary bottle of spot remover for us. We will definitely be using A&C again in the future!

The gentlemen showed up within the window. The office called to update me on their arrival, very nice. They were very courteous, thorough and efficient. The carpet does take longer to dry than estimated. Be sure to budget about 12 hours to dry, not 2-4.

They were professional. They didn't try to jack up the bill. They came in, pretreated my carpets, and shampood it with a truck-mounted team cleaner. Then they put down a protectant into the carpet. They came, did the job, and then they were gone.

When I called the company to schedule service, the young lady had a crew in my area and said they could do the job that day. They called ahead, gave me a time and arrived promptly on time. Very accommadating. The young men(Jackie and Mitchell) were very professional, presented me with an estimate and cleaned my tile & grout. I have had 2 other companies clean my tile in the past, with bad results. I was skeptical. Jackie and Mitchell cleaned and sealed the grout.(442sq.ft.) beige tile with cream grout, very dirty with 2 dogs,etc. The men went above and beyond paying attention to detail in areas very stained. When wet the grout looks dark, the men were so concerned that it would not come clean. After 8 hours of drying time, the tile and grout look as good as the day we purchsed the home, 10 years ago. I highly recommend this company and plan to have them back for other services. They were neat, clean, no messes left for me to tend to. Don't hesitate-GREAT SERVICE. Thank you Angie's list.

One are of hallway and two in family room were heavily stained. I frankly did not expect the areas in the family room to come out clean, but they did. The hallway had an area that my grandchild had"painted" with nail polish. This was the only thing that was not removed by the cleaning. Mitchell and Jack were courteous and answered allmy questions candidly. My only disappointment was that they were too busy to get to my for4 days.

Overall the outcome is what I was hopeing for. Very Satisfied.

Called A&C due to reviews on AL. They honored the AL discount and an appointment was schedules. Received estimate for cleaning of couch, love seat, chair and ottoman. With accepted estimate I had these articles cleaned. While the tech was at my residence I had him estimate cleaning all the carpet in my living area. With the accepted estimate he also did this. The tech was early and helped me move the furniture that needed to be moved for the cleaning. I would recommend A&C to anybody.

It went fine. They kindly accomodated my request for fast service, as I had just moved into a condo and needed the rugs back in a timely manner. They were prompt and did a good job.

Jackie was prompt, professional and performed an incredible job in a relatively short period of time. He was meticulous about cleaning up any water that got on my wood floors. I had urine staines from my sick dog that he removed completely. I really appreciate his professionalism. I will definitely use this company again.

Our Technician was prompt and courteous. He was able to remove stains, including surfboard wax ground into the carpeting in our sons room.

Excellent service. Justin (Technician) called to let me know he was on the way, and arrived on time. Started immediately, and carried out service carefully and professionally. Left me a bottle of carpet spot cleaner. Company called me the next day to verify my satisfaction with service and technician. I told them I was very satisfied. Price is higher than some who advertise, but the quality service provided was well worth the price. .Price quoted by company was same as charged.

The staff took care to investigate the best method to use for cleaning the material and determined that steam-cleaning was the recommended process to use. I am impressed with their professionalism and how they wasted no time performing the task. I will definitely use them again for any of the services that they provide. The results were better than I expected due to the amount of stains on the furniture.

My husband was home and said the guy was very nice and punctual and seemed to care about doing a good job. When he was done my husband expressed concerns about some long, gray machine stripes and marks left on the carpet, especially around the perimeter of the rooms. The gentleman said that was just moisture and that they would go away when it dried. This was not the case. I came home and immediately saw the stripes. We waited until the next day to give it plenty of time to dry and they were still there. However, he did get the high traffic spots pretty clean for the most part though, and the other stains did come out. So we called and had him come out again about a week later to re-do it. He was pleasant on the re-do and did not mind going over and over some areas with the stripes until I was happy. It is not perfect by any means, however. After he left I realized he did not reapply the top coating to the areas that he had re-done but I did not want to have to schedule yet another appointment, so I let it slide. I would not use this company again because I think the job should be done correctly the first time.

Jackie was very efficient and when he came back even worked on a couple stubborn places. I was very pleased with A & C Carpet Cleaning.

BEST Carpet Cleaning in Jax...by far! I work for a property management company and we have used tons of carpet cleaners. While they aren't the cheapest in Jax, this is a case for "you get what you pay for!!" They are amazing. Prompt, professional, and experienced. They have cleaned tile and carpets for us and blown the competition out of the water! We won't use anyone else in the future!

Jackie was the best! He treated stains and gave me tips on keeping my carpet looking like new. I would recommend this cleaning company above all others!

This was my first opportunity to use Angie"s list. I had seen the ads on TV so since I needed my carpets cleaned as well as my Sofa, love seat and recliner I thought I would give it a try. Under carpet cleaning I saw A & C, they had 28 reviews and I believe with one exception all were A's. As I read the reviews I was convinced they were the company for me. I contacted A & C and set up an appointment. Jackie the Service Technician arrived as scheduled and did a superb job. As he was cleaning our carpet it was evident this was a professional technician doing a professional job. He took the time necessary to go the extra mile to insure our satisfaction. We have used several Carpet cleaning companies in the past; but, this time we used a Professional Company. We are completely satisfied with the price and performance.
