A&C Carpet Cleaning

Was a real good job. Associates were professional, on time and job was performed to my satisfaction.

they cut out two stains and replaced with matching carpet that I had. You would never know there were patches there.

It went okay. The guy that did the service told me that if the stains came back, I should call him back. It took him a little bit longer to clean the rugs than he said he would. If I were going to clean my carpets again, I would not call them. I was happy with the cleaning of the carpets, for the most part. I'm still cleaning the spots so I wasn't really pleased with the cleaning. I went in to rooms and closed the door and the spot behind the door had not been cleaned.

Jackie was on time and went straight to work. Since we live in a condo, he brought up a portable unit which greatly helped to keep the hallways clear of lines/hoses. He did a great job cleaning the carpet and we appreciate his professionalism and promptness. Although I did agree to the minimum price of $130.00, I think it was a bit pricey for our very small condo living room where half of the furniture was not moved (our choice to leave a couple of items in place). But overall, he did a wonderful job and I would call them again! Thank you!

They are very good and reasonably priced. And they didn't pull the "Angie's List" price bump

No issues, cleaning went well.

They were very responsive, and were able to clean the carpet on very short notice before the moving truck arrived. The person who did the work was quite professional. Did a great job.

Jackie checked the sofa and love seat carefully. He then advised that he could not steam clean the couches. He then informed me that he could dry clean them but due to the dirt (I have 5 dogs and 3 kids) he did not think I would be happy. I really appreciated Jackie being so honest (a great reflection on the company). I would have paid the money and then would not have been happy if they were not as clean as I expected. I will definitely call A&C next time I need any services that they supply. It is hard to find such a honest company in this day and age.

They call to let us know they are on the way, arrive on time, polite, efficient. They cleaned the spot very well, and did a wonderful job on the workshop carpet. They contact us a few days later to make sure we are still happy with the job. Very nice customer service, great job cleaning, and good value for the work. Definitely recommend.

Service was performed on a rental property I own after tenant moved out. My representative was pleased with the service but when the next tenant moved in, they said the carpets were not clean enough. Since I didn't witness this myself - I live out of the area - I can't say for sure one way or another.

Jackie did a super job. I had a small spot that needed attention after the main job and he came back and fixed the problem within a couple of days. Am I happy, well I have recommended Jackie and A&C to two of my neighbors.

It went really well, they were on time. They did a really good job getting our tough stains, and grout in the bathroom. They were in and out very quickly.

They cleaned 3 rooms and 1 stair case for me. They moved the furniture, and they did a good job. I had used them before and that is why I used them again. They do a first class job.

I like the fact that they were prompt, and they came back and tried to retreat an area we've had problems with. On the other hand, I wasn't pleased that they have to come back and retreat that, even thought they said that they could get that area clean. They never really cleaned it as we would like it to be cleaned.

The service provider was on time. He was professional, careful and neat. He left a free bottle of spot remover for future use and I can get refils as needed. The cleaning substance they use is organic and safe for humans and pets and that's a real plus for me.

The young men were thorough, polite, and went the extra mile to move additional items.

Jackie was easy to work with and did a quick and efficient job. They were running a special where my friend referred them to me and she was supposed to get 10% of the value of the work paid to her. As of yet, I don't believe she has received that check, so I will follow up with her. I would use them again.

I hired this company to clean 3 area rugs and then to clean upholstery on 2 sofas and 2 chairs. The service person informed me that he should not clean 2 of the 3 rugs as they were wool and should be sent out to a professional rug cleaner. Why did they not ask me what the rugs were made of on the phone? I would not have blocked out the time for the window of service as getting the rugs cleaned was my main objective. T The other rug, he asked me to hold it while he cleaned it - not what I signed up for. Also for 30 minutes of cleaning upholstery, I feel that $185 is too expensive. They still had spots on them after cleaning them as well. Not a good experience.

The guys at A&C are hands down the best in Jacksonville! After using them in October 2010 when I first purchased my home to clean the carpets prior to moving in, I used them again in Feb 2013 when I sold it because they had done such a great job the first time. They were even able to get up an area of substantial staining near the entrance that I thought was there for good! They were a pleasure to work with and their price was great. Would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. Thanks for great service!
