We have hired this company to clean for us on a regular basis. This was our second cleaning and we are thoroughly impressed. Our place is spotless. When we first called we asked if we could have an estimate at our home on a Saturday or evening. Meri West came on a Saturday afternoon, quoted us a great price and we don't know how we have lived without them.

This company does exceptional work. They are thorough, dependable, caring and efficient. It is a very professional operation that I would recommend to anyone needing a cleaning service.

Had difficulty getting set appointment each month, then after last cleaning they failed to respond to phone calls.

I contacted Merri by phone and left a voice message. She returned my call within a few hours. She gave me an overview of their services and what it would cost. We then set up a time for her to come out and give me an estimate. She was on time, very nice and professional. I called her back a couple of days later to confirm I wanted to use her and set up a time for her to come clean. After that we communicated by text and set a date for her to come. We continue to use texting as the best form of communication for both of us.

She delivered exactly what she prominsed and then some Very accomodating

Meri was very good about communicating with me about when the service could be done that would accommodate both her and my schedules. She was delayed by traffic but that did not affect me at all & she notified me that traffic was the issue. It took her about 2 1/2 to 3 hr to complete the job which is what I would expect even though my house is not that large (1600 sq ft). I have pets so there was a lot of vacuuming of furniture involved and floor washing since I do not have carpeting. She was thorough and tolerated my long list of "details" particular to my household of pets. I think the price is fair and of note, the price above includes my "Angie's List" discount. Even without the discount, I think the rates are competitive.I was very satisfied with the work performed and I plan to continue monthly service with her. I would also recommend her based on my limited experience so far.

I got them off Angie's List. The service was excellent. They were prompt and efficient and communicated well. They were able to fit me in right when they said they would be able to. I was extremely pleased and I will have them come back to do more.

Top to bottom house cleaning, Very nice to work with. I use her every month. So nice to come home to a clean house.

Their charges are $20 an hour. They’re fabulous. Mary is the owner and she’s easy to get a hold of. She’s flexible and she does a great job as well. I will use their services again in the future.

She does a really good job, pays close attention to detail, and she has great customer service.

I needed help keeping my house clean and just never felt like doing it after long days at work. I hired a couple of women I met through my job but none of them worked out. Finally, I heard about A Well Kept Home and tried them. They are licensed and insured. They came out and did an initial deep cleaning of my home, taking down light fixtures to get the dead bugs out and moving furniture to vacuum under it. It was excellent. Since then, I use them about twice a month and Meri will even do other chores as needed. She has brushed down my swimming pool and balanced the chemicals. She cleans the filter on the Koi Pond. She goes above what most housekeepers do and I appreciate it.
