"When Larry stopped by to look at the project I told him that I have to have a positive pitch away from the house, and extend the parking pad about 30 more feet, when I got the estimate it was to high so I contacted him and said lets just replace the main pad and not do the extension, he came right back with a new number and I agreed, after the work was done I noticed something looked odd with the pitch of the pad, as it turned out they pitched the parking pad the wrong direction ,so that any water run off would go to the back yard location where I have ponding issues when it rains, I contacted Larry and told him they would have to redo the job, then he started coming up with alternative methods to remedy the water run off situation by adding drainage basins and pipe, I told him that would not work because there is no place for the water to go. I have not heard from him since, after doing more review searching I have discovered this is their M.O And all communication is by texting."

"Awesome job! Driveway was 1/2 concrete 1/2 asphalt. Concrete was in broken/cracked and in terrible shape. They took out the broken concrete and repaved the driveway with asphalt. I have been in house construction for 11 years and counting along with 5 years in commercial industrial work building jea water/wastewater plants as a superintendent. My business partner has been in carpentry and masonry work along with 16 years experience in the water/wastewater industry as a superintendent. Concrete can crack from general wear, improper installation, or in response to uneven support from the soil underneath.
